HISTORIC CHARM X QUIET LUXURY
The building dates back to the 1800s, and during the restoration, great emphasis was placed on preserving its historical charm with original details and replicated windows from the construction period. The apartments feature oak parquet floors, Huseby kitchens, elegant bathrooms, and are furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. When you enter, you will use original stairs and handrails that have been well-preserved for nearly 150 years. All apartments have either a spacious balcony, a private rooftop terrace, or access to charming seating areas in the lush and secluded backyard. A 6 min drive with paid street parking available outside the property and in surrounding streets.

5-15 min depending on your bravery. Just remember to enjoy the beautiful neighborhoods along the way.
