This brand new home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as an eat in huge kitchen island that seats 6-8, an open concept kitchen/dining and living room. There is also Full Laundry (washer/dryer) included with your unit. The interior is super bright with natural light.
The exterior of the home features on-site enclosed garaged parking, a gas grill and a sizeable deck with great new furniture. This stand out property has private deeded beach access and is located on sandy Wells Beach and the restaurants, retail stores, arcade, bakery, microbrewery and so many more amenities that this area has to offer.
