Bournecoast are thrilled to present this spacious, modern two bedroom ground floor apartment with its own private entrance. It offers exceptional indoor and outdoor living spaces, including a bar, a large master bedroom with an ensuite, a dressing room, a utility room and a beautiful garden. Located just a short stroll from the cliff top with zig-zag paths leading down to the sandy beaches of Southbourne, the apartment is also only minutes away from the vibrant Southbourne Grove, offering a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. This accommodation is ideal for a family looking for a luxurious and spacious home with all amenities within easy reach.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The spacious Master Bedroom has a Super King Size Bed and includes a SMART TV. This room benefits from a generously sized ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath, twin basins, shower cubicle and a toilet. Leading off the ensuite is a dressing a room. The second bedroom is a Twin Bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a toilet.
This apartment boasts a generously sized open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with bi-fold doors across the rear that open directly onto the garden. The lounge area includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The modern kitchen features a stylish bar and is equipped with THREE ELECTRIC OVENS - ELECTRIC HOB - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - DISHWASHER. There is a separate pantry with a MICROWAVE and a separate utility room with a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER.
