The crown jewel of this unique property, the amazing rooftop deck, boasts umbrella-shaded alfresco dining, a two-seat lounger, gas fire pit, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay.

Able to be locked off from the rest of the rental, the ground-level studio features a private entrance.

We have beach essentials to make your stay more enjoyable, including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The ocean is lively and the bay is quiet.

MISSION BAY for WATERSPORTS & LOUNGING: Walk the bay for a quieter outing or for activities like boats, paddle boards, volleyball and more. Mission Bay sports center is one mile north!

MISSION/PACIFIC BEACH for SURFING, DINING & NIGHTLIFE: Head to the beach boardwalk alongside the Pacific Ocean to enjoy restaurants, bars, infamous nightlife, coffee shops and more stretching from Belmont Park at your doorstep, all the way up to the neighboring lively Pacific Beach.

RUNNING/BIKING: For the active traveler, there is a fantastic loop around the bay which is about 12 miles. Beach cruiser bikes can be available upon request to explore the area or even bike to nearby Sea World.

This is not a party house.
The thermostat is locked and cannot be set to lower than 68 degrees in the summer or higher than 78 degrees in the winter.
