Beds were the worst beds we have ever slept in. Small, too low to the ground, thin mattress
4.0
The apartment is a really good size, 2 bathrooms is a bonus with 4 ladies sharing, lovely view over the fishing lake, nice and quiet location but easy drive into Skegness (less than 10 minutes) We had a late check in but received easy to follow instructions on retrieving the keys and fob for the barrier. Spoke with staff earlier in the day who were very friendly and helpful
Only 2 hand towels for 4 people and the toilets (both) were a nightmare to flush! No iron/ ironing board in the apartment (not sure if this would have been available from reception though)
4.0
Lots of room, clean and tidy, everything you need is supplied, two bathrooms one for adults one messy kids, like the complimentary biscuits tea and coffee plus the wash kit
Double lock doors on front of property and on apartment
Parking right outside views nice and site very quiet
Bed very low so I found it hard to get up from ( stairs I could handle as grab rails both sides)
Lanes leading to site very rutted and holed but not on the site
Could do with a bar of some sort for a nice drink in the evening
5.0
The apartment was just absolutely beautiful spotless clean.
One downside was the bed wasn't comfortable and couldn't have a drink due to kettle full of limescale and couldn't figure out the cooker.
4.5
Clean modern two bedroomed flat with en suite and separate bathroom. Good quality fittings and furnishing.
The showers are enormous
Broadband is very slow, if you are watching TV, probably nothing they can do about that.
I have already mentioned to the owner that they need to provide rubber bath mats for use in the shower as for anyone who is a little infirm the base of the showers are very slippery. possibly need a grab handle in each shower

It was clean lovely to have 2 bathrooms also good to have parking included

Clean and modern nice park apart from the smell
Arrived and no bed linen in the twin room. Park stinks of sewage and alot of flys. Door was very hard to lock or unlock. Ok but not worth the cost I don't feel

Gorgeous place. We had problems with the cooker not turning off. So had to call people out on 2 occasions. So we stuck to the microwave.
Not ideal for children took 2 teenage boys nothing to do at all in evening. No place even to kick a ball about. No club house or anything on site. So we came home a day early

Spotless, quite location, very modern. Kitchen facilities very good. Plenty of supermarkets within 5 mins drive. Would highly recommend.
Don’t listen to others, great place. You are required to drive if you want to go anywhere. Nice walk around the park and lake.

After arriving at 3 we were too early to check-in at 4 so went for a drive around for an hr. Got the WOW WOW WOW factor when we finally got the keys. Totally beautiful apartment clean, comfortable ,so stylish and everything there that you could possibly need. amazing!!!!!! Stunning!!!! Highly recommended.
Only issue to slightly moan about was that the toilets didn't flush very easily at all. You spent ages trying to flush both of them.

No soundproofing at all. Extremely noisy neighbours banging doors until 1/2 am
Nowhere near enough utensils/plates/glassware

The accommodation was lovely, modern and clean.
Didn't realise when booking it was park of a caravan site in the middle of no where... Did know it was 2 miles from Skegness but def don't think you could walk need to drive or taxi everywhere.

View was lovely. site was spotless. peaceful and quiet. accommodation was spotless
stairs were steep and difficult for our elderly parents. toilet flushes were difficult for our elderly parents. and shower tray extremely slippery for parents my dad nearly fell. the beds were comfy but extremely low for our parents to get in and out of bed. not enough crockery and cutlery

Not something that we didn't like just a little feedback. The fire alarm in the kitchen was very sensative and was easliy set off by the toaster / oven.

Location is nice and quiet , in a lovely location overlooking the lake. The apartment is done to a high standard.
We were told check in would be an hour later than usual due to the high standard of extra covid cleaning given. We knew we had to make up the beds ourselves but we were really disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartment. Above all of the windows was covered in dust and cobwebs, and we had to also wipe down the sides in the kitchen as this too wasn’t cleaned to a high standard. This certainly is not what i would expect in normal circumstances, let alone covid times. I also received an email before arriving stating that cleaning was top priority and how much effort was being made on housekeeping....obviously not in this apartment!
The mattresses were also very thin on all beds, so not the most comfortable nights sleep.
3.5
The accommodation was a very spacious, modern property in a nice, peaceful location.
What was disappointing was the comfort of the beds (mattresses were quite thin and on a wooden frame so felt very hard). There was also a constant noise at night coming from downstairs that I can only assume was to do with the filtering of the lake (some sort of pump). I don't think sound proofing is very good as when there were people in the adjacent accommodation you could hear everything they were saying and doing. There was a problem flushing the main toilet which needs to be fixed. Finally, it was a bit misleading on the website as we weren't aware the property was on a caravan park and over the site reception. Also, we thought we would have a clear view of the lake not with caravans in front. All this said, the park was in a lovely setting, peaceful and very well kept and a very nice property.
