About this house rental
Walk to State Street and downtown Bristol from this remodeled, newly furnished bungalow across the Street from Viking Hall. The home is located in the heart of the Birthplace of Country music and just a short driving distance from Bristol Motor Speedway, The Pinnacle and King College. Bristol's new Hard Rock Casino is also just a few minutes away or you can easily get to the Virginia Creeper Trail in about 20 minutes!
The home features two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed) and two full bathrooms (one with a stand up shower and one with a tub/shower combo). There's also a large living room with plenty of seating for everyone as well as a dining room with a large table for six. The kitchen boasts most anything you would need to prepare a meal for your family as well as a grill outside on the deck. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the home as well.
Guests will have full access to the home and there are no shared spaces.
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.
The home is located across the street from Viking Hall and Tennessee High School. It is only a few minutes -- either driving or walking -- to downtown Bristol and State Street. The neighborhood is very walkable.
Uber and Lyft are available in this area. There is limited public transportation in Bristol via bus.
The home is located across the street from a high school football stadium. Guests can expect ballgames and traffic in the area on some Friday evenings in the fall as well as when there are events held at Viking Hall.
