Plus a bathroom with a freestanding bath, basin, and WC, a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The property has a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with a woodburning stove, snug with a woodburning stove and sofa bed. Oil central heating, electric oven and hob, AGA, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 Smart TVs, and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, fuel, power, and starter pack are provided. Off-road parking, an enclosed garden, a patio with furniture, and a side garden with a hot tub. No pets, smoking or vaping. Situated on a working farm with tours available. There are steps throughout the property, especially near the hot tub and garden. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £350. This property only accepts Monday and Friday check-ins. As this property is on a working farm with livestock it is not suitable for pets

Today Leek offers a wide selection of shops including vast antique emporiums, a good selection of restaurants, a local park and leisure facilities and real ale pubs. Situated close to Three Shires Head, the meeting point of the counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire, Leek is near to Chatsworth House, Buxton Opera House and Gawsworth Hall, plus Alton Towers is within driving distance.
