About this house rental
Barn House is one of our most popular properties. There are five large bedrooms, two doubles with en suite, one twin with en suite and two further twins. The master bedroom has a balcony with french doors looking towards the sea. The main bathroom has a cast iron roll top bath with separate shower and there is a small four person sauna available for guests use!
The breakfast/kitchen has french doors to a south facing patio, range style duel-fuel cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and is fitted with hand painted units and has a large farmhouse table which comfortably seats ten people. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room/snug has both dining furniture and armchairs.
The sitting room has french doors to the patio and a window with views towards the salt marshes. There is a large inglenook fireplace with woodburner and the room is very comfortably furnished with armchairs and sofas. This large room also contains bookshelves, plasma screen TV with freeview, DVD and hi-fi and has many interesting paintings of boats and coastal scenes.
Back upstairs is a large play-room with door and outside stairs down to the garden, containing a table tennis table, large TV and Blu-Ray player. This TV is not connected to an aerial and is there solely for use with the Blu-Ray player. There are cabin style beds which can be used for additional accommodation.
Outside, the delightfully sheltered garden contains mature trees and a sunken south facing patio area, ideal for alfresco dining (a charcoal barbeque is available) or sunbathing. There is a small summerhouse and lawned area ideal for garden games. To the front of the house is parking space for up to four cars. A well behaved dog is welcome but owners must adhere to the house rules regarding their pets. Bed linen and towels provided but please bring beach towels.

It would be most kind if you would run the vacuum cleaner over the floors andcarpets especially if you and your family or pets have brought any sand ordebris inside. All crockery, glass ware, pots and pans etc should be returned clean and totheir correct cupboards. If the dishwasher is still running when you leave, noproblem, but please do not leave any washing up for us to do!Please put any furniture, ornaments, games etc that you have moved duringyour stay back to where you found them.We do try as much as possible to be a pooch friendly company! In return weask that doggie owners must clean up all evidence of their pets stay bothinternally and externally. Please do not allow your dogs on any furniture or beds and please put anythrows that are not especially intended for dogs out of the way so they do notget hairy.
