Located just a short stroll to the Hopkins river mouth and Logan’s Beach whale viewing platform, with light, bright and airy rooms, you will be delighted to call Jimley Cottage home for a short while.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by the open plan design. With modern textured styling, including crisp white interiors, timber finishes and high-end furnishings. The house features open plan living, dining and kitchen with three spacious and perfectly furnished bedrooms.
The home is perfectly designed to maximise the Warrnambool sun. situated as a north facing home, the two front bedrooms are engulfed in light from summer to winter with statement piece chandeliers. The main bedroom is fitted out with a queen bed, including a walk through ensuite. The ensuite is a simple yet effective setup including a shower, toilet & wash basin.
The remaining two bedrooms are both fitted out with queen beds, styled from floor to the ceiling.
The main living/dining/kitchen area is a one stop shop, everything you need to enjoy your getaway is in this area. An oversized smart TV, comfy seating for all, and best of all free Wi-Fi. There is ample seating in both the lounge and dining room with a 6-seater dining table, perfect for all to enjoy a relaxing meal after a long day of sightseeing.
The kitchen is an L-shaped configuration, it maximises the space available and includes all the basic amenities you would expect, such as an electric oven/stove, Microwave, Fridge, kettle, toaster and basic cutlery and dinnerware. In addition, you have access to a breakfast bar which allows extra seating. The servery window leads through to the rear entryway, which offers views out to the quaint gazebo.
To the rear of the home, you also have a fully integrated laundry and main bathroom, including both washing machine & dryer, plus a shower, extra toilet & wash basin.
Outside, the gazebo is the statement piece. furnished with an outdoor dining set, suitable for up to five guests, enjoy a BBQ whilst unwinding with a glass of wine or beer. Complimenting the outdoor entertaining area, you will be pleasantly surprised with the large backyard, leaving plenty of room for the little ones to run around.
