About this apartment rental
Step through a beautifully reclaimed 18th-century door into this stunning apartment, where historic charm meets modern comfort. Bathed in natural light, the spacious 150sqm interior features high ceilings, polished floors, and authentic blue-and-white tiles that tell a story of Lisbon’s rich heritage.
Nestled in the enchanting Alfama/Castelo neighborhood, this Pombaline-style gem accommodates up to 8 guests with its 2+1 bedrooms, including a luxurious en-suite. Enjoy cozy evenings in the spacious living and dining areas, or unwind on the terrace, perfect for savoring the Lisbon sunshine.
Located just steps away from the iconic nº 28 Tram, exploring the city’s vibrant sights, trendy cafes, and local markets is effortless. The apartment is ideally situated in a tranquil area, yet centrally located, making it the perfect base for your Lisbon adventure.
Enjoy easy access to all essentials, from supermarkets to restaurants, and immerse yourself in the charm of Lisbon’s narrow streets and hidden gems. With a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and ample natural light, this apartment is a true home away from home.
The street where the apartment is located is a limited car access and parking area ( only authorized vehicles).
If traveling by car we recommend you to leave the car in the slot parking (there is a paid parking spaces near the apartment (5 minutes walking distance from the apartment) or look for an authorized parking area.
Just to remind you that it's mandatory by the Portuguese law to communicate to SEF (Emigration and Borders Service) the identification of the guests so you will receive a form that you need to fill before check in.
Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. Remember that the apartment is located in a residential area! It is mandatory to respect the "SILENCE HOURS" which in Portugal by law are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
OUTSIDE NOISE
Most guests have no problem at all with noise. However, you should note the following.
- The sound insulation in these ancient buildings is very good compared to modern constructions. It's possible to hear sounds from neighbors or people outside especially when you open the windows.
- During June it's the Santo António Festivities in Lisbon. Every area in the historic center will be much more busy than usual and can get noisy until late at night, especially on June 12th.
Limited electric power – Apartments in century buildings like this one don't have a lot of electric power available. If you turn many power electrical equipment at the same time eletricity can stop working but if that happens you just need to turn back the main switch.
- Baby cot and baby chair ( free of charge under request)
The sofa bed will only be made available when there are more guests on the booking than those included in the basic price ( up to 6 people).
If there are no additional paying guests on your reservation, you can only use the sofa bed by paying an additional fee
At check-out please don´t forget to leave both sets of keys in the apartment. Taking the keys with you or losing it will have a charge
Personal check in after 9 pm has an extra cost.
