Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. Two double beds were quite firm but bed bases were essentially a timber box that the mattress sat in meaning that wacking your shin on a corner was easy and painful. The room looked a little tired and over due for a refresh. Unable to turn off the bathroom lights completly.
The staff were typically pleasant and polite with one exception. The woman incharge of the buffett checkin counter was rude and condescending (a point noted by others in their reviews).

Excellent location and staff are very helpful and nice.
Rooms could use a little updating especially the bathroom sinks, showers and lights in the vanity does not work on both our rooms and it’s way too dark to get ready.

We stayed here for 2 nights, we got the deluxe room with nice view. The place is nice. The room has a ceiling fan. It can get hot at times with only the ceiling fan cooling the room. Fortunately, we got the room with veranda and we just left the veranda door open to let cool air come in. Most rooms don't have veranda.
I am only disappointed with the breakfast. Supposedly, breakfast buffet should be ready by 7am. At 7am the buffet is not yet complete. Coffee is still brewing and not ready.
If you are on a limited budget, this will suffice. Rooms are just ok. No mini bar or fridge. They provide bathrobes.
Parking is not a problem. Problem is that the hotel does NOT have a drop-off area. PWD access is NOT well designed.

The hotel is not very impressive, most elements are run down. About every elment is either stained or chipped or just generally worn.
Rooms are bare, not even a fridge is available. Breakfast buffet was ok.

We reserved for 2 rooms here and each room is supposedly good for 4 person but a room's bed is only comfortable for 2person, because of its small sized bed, it's just food that we add for extra beds that's why we somehow have slept comfortably..no bidet, towels looks so overused, exhaust fan in our room's cr is not working..one of the reason why we chose this hotel is because of their pool, but sadly, our children were'nt able to use it because it has no heater..

hotel had seen better days. the exteriors looks great. did not even bother to take pictures of the room. carpet in the room corridors are filthy. rest rooms have no bidet. no fridge for food.
breakfast spread was also disappointing. i have seen better spread from other hotels of the same level and price range.

Towels are not brand new, looks a bit yellowish from age I suppose. On the 2nd night, bed was made up but there were no towels. Had to call to request it.
Not well coordinated, check out took longer time than necessary. No refrigerator in the room. 4 boxes of cakes was left behind. We checked out before 11am but front desk only called around 4pm when we were already halfway back to Manila. They should have a note in their computer system when the boxes of cake was left with the restaurant so they could remind guests before check out.

The family room can fit 5 adults (we had an extra bed requested). Room and surrounding were clean. Fresh towels, tissue, water and toiletries restocked daily. No bidet though in the bathroom and no exhaust. No A/C in the room so we left our balcony door open to let the cool air in. (Although I’m not sure if in the summer time weather will still be that cool). There’s an electric fan and ceiling fan in the loft area. 2 toilet & bath. Breakfast buffet tastes good. You’ll have to take a few flights of stairs going to hotel lobby.

The buffet breakfast was good and the place had enough parking area which is convenient to leave and not worry before returning late at night.

It was a good choosen hotel during our stay in Baguio. Near Botanical gardens and Teacher's camp by walking distance by minutes. The hotel provided a free car parking👍. I didn't enjoy the swimming pool coz didn't know about it only next day when I was at the buffet breakfast! The breakfast was excellent so the staff were nice and helpful. All the deluxe and standard rooms have no air-con! Just fans, the executive and business rooms have the air con. I would like to stay again in the same hotel for my next visit.

I arrived late but the staff was still accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. :)
