Located along a quiet lane in Horsington Marsh, Feltham’s Farm has all the benefits of an organic farm stay with pigs, sheep, hens and ducks, and the bonus of being a multi award-winning cheese facility.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Shared on-site facilities: Barn with table tennis. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Children’s play area. Natural rain-water pool (depth 4m in middle). . Located on a working farm, Feltham’s Cottage (ref UK42324) and The Organic Cabin (UK42325) are both surrounded by nature, and you can interact with the farm as much or as little as you like. Ideal for children, as you can roam across the owners 22 acres of land, play in the haystacks in the barn, climb the tree house and also help feed the animals. You can relax outside in the shared garden that backs onto the stable yard, or take a splash in the owner’s natural pool which is fed by soft rainwater, kept clean by hornwort plants that oxygenate the water, this is available all year round. The owners also have a nature trail too, and as this is a Dark Sky area, it is amazing for star gazing as there is very little light pollution.
The Organic Cabin is all on one level and features polished concrete flooring and underfloor heating. It has an open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a modern shower room. The owners favour environmentally sustainable furniture and food, so everything you receive from them will be locally sourced, and where possible organic. A welcome hamper is provided, and includes eggs, some local cider from Oliver Dowding, and milk, tea, and coffee.
With beautiful rural views of the Blackmore Vale, Horsington is a quiet Somerset village. Close by there is Pevlings Riding School, Sherborne with its 1000-year-old abbey, the contemporary art gallery Hauser & Wirth in Bruton, and mythical Glastonbury is just 30 minutes’ away. There are great walking routes, fishing and cider picking all within 10 minutes’ of Feltham’s Farm.
