Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check-in/check-out procedure will be shared.
When you arrive, you can access the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment.
While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

This lavish property is just a few minutes drive from Finikoudes Beach, the historical site of Larnaca's Medieval Castle (which dates back to the 13th century), Kyriazis Medical Museum and Saint Lazarus Church. You can roam around and explore the charm of the area during the day and visit all its
tourist sites. Additionally, situated near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pubs; you can end your evening experiencing Larnaca’s nightlife.

Various bus stops are located all around town near the property. They take you to most destinations, places of interest; culture; and also to the airport.
Moreover, you can get around and explore the area by bike.
There is a free parking available on premises.

- Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Kindly remove the card from its holder whenever you leave the apartment, as it helps us preserve sustainable energy.

- Although our smart TV doesn't include satellite channels, you can enjoy a variety of streaming services such as YouTube, or log in to your personal Netflix account for entertainment throughout your stay.


**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.4 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a sustainable living environment.
