About this apartment rental
The space
This apartment is on the first floor of a historic two-story brick building. It has ample parking in the back of the property, and private front and rear entrances!
Inside you will find:
- A master bedroom with a king size bed, bedroom furniture with coffee table, and large windows for your viewing pleasure.
-Smaller bedroom with queen size bed and air mattress.
-Full Jack and Jill style bathroom with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair dryer.
-Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need.
-Large living room with couch, chairs, and TV (Netflix, Apple TV, and Peacock included).
-Mudroom with washer, dryer, and storage space.
Feel free to use any of the amenities in the space! There is an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom closet, cleaning supplies in the closet in the hallway, and laundry essentials in the mudroom.
This apartment offers easy access to a variety of activities in the area:
- The downtown area is about a 10 min walk or 5-minute bike ride away for a night on the town.
- 22nd, 27th, and 29th street trailheads are all about a 5-minute drive for easy hiking access
- Weber State University is a 5-minute drive away for any on campus activities.
- Pineview reservoir is 15 minutes away.
- Snowbasin, Nordic, and Powder Mountain Ski resorts are all about 30 minutes.
Guest access
There is ample off-street parking in the lot behind the building. The easiest way to access the apartment is from the rear entrance which faces the parking lot. You will have to walk up a few steps on the back porch to get inside.
There should be ample storage for skis/bikes/gear in the mud room, but if additional space is needed, please let me know.
I do live in the basement apartment, but I have a completely separate entrance so you will only see me in passing, or if you need assistance with anything in your space.
