First Floor:
Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Sofa Bed (Double) (Flexible Sleeping Only) Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Back garden with sitting out area, terrace and garden furniture. Bike store. With ample parking on the private drive, leading you to the entrance via a gravelled rear area, perfect for securing bikes after a day of exploring the surrounding countryside. Stepping in from the rear terrace, you are welcomed by a hallway featuring a utility/mud room to your right, providing a convenient space to store outdoor gear.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where rustic charm meets modern convenience. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for enjoying meals together, while the cosy living room beckons with its large sofa and oak beams add a touch of character, wood burner creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. From here, you can access the expansive sun terrace through the patio doors, where you’ll be treated to stunning rural views.
The ground floor also features a family bathroom and two well-appointed double bedrooms, each with king-size beds. Stairs lead to the spacious first floor, with a king-size bed, a large, relaxing sofa bed, and an ensuite shower room providing additional flexibility, accommodating up to two extra guests.
