Within walking distance of some of the most popular attractions, you’ll find yourself steps to the relaxing beaches of Marina Del Rey or the bustling beaches of Venice with its rich culture of art galleries, cafes, boutiques and nightlife. You will also be close to Santa Monica Beach and its famous pier as well as the Boardwalk which is well known for its street performers, shops and cafes.
This short term furnished townhouse is the ideal combination of artistic modern design and convenience. A remarkable living space inviting relaxation and entertainment possibilities in an open layout. Muted tones envelope this space, expertly blended with splashes of bold hues such as the armchairs that flank the sectional. A fireplace and large screen TV make this room a showstopper, and luxe nooks allow stolen moments for yourself while still being connected to the activity of your group. Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.
Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.
Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
