This stunning three level luxury villa is located in the prestigious LA suburb of Sherman Oaks just a short drive south of famous Ventura Blvd and freeways. High fences and gated driveway provide a private safe environment. The house boasts multiple seating areas, office set-up, chef's kitchen and home theater room. Huge balcony overlooks the entertainer's backyard with basketball area, play structure, pool, spa, BBQ island and plenty of seating. One bedroom on entry level for stair impaired.
The space
This gorgeous sprawling three level villa is located in Sherman Oaks, considered one of the best suburbs in LA, just south of Ventura Blvd. You'll find endless shops, restaurants, cafes and everything else you can possibly need within a short drive along Ventura Blvd. The freeway system is also just a short drive away.
The property includes six bedrooms each with their own ensuite full sized bathroom. One bedroom is located on the entry level, perfect for those who struggle with stairs. There are three additional bedroom on the top floor and two additional bedrooms on the bottom floor. Each bedroom includes a modern layout with large windows that provide plenty of natural lighting. The huge primary bedroom on the top floor includes a seating area, sizeable walk-in wardrobe and private balcony with beautiful view of the valley. The primary room large ensuite bathroom includes a beautiful glass encased shower and a separate deep bathtub.
The entry level (middle floor) includes formal and informal living room, and formal and informal dining areas. You'll also find the kitchen and home theater on this level. The large chef's kitchen is fully equipped and includes top brand stainless steel appliances. The dedicated home theater brings watching your favorite movies or sporting events to a whole new level! The bottom floor (backyard level) consists of a large recreation room and french glass doors that open to the beautiful entertainer's backyard.
The backyard includes a large artificial grass area with a dedicated adjustable height basketball shooting area on one side and pool (removeable safety fence) with hot tub on the other. A kids playground area can be found in-between. There's a built in BBQ and plenty of lounge seating throughout the backyard.
A large circular driveway allows for private secure parking for multiple cars, while the high fenced backyard provides full privacy for those interested in keeping a low profile. The garage on the diveway can be used for additional parking or for storage if needed.

Guests have access to all areas of the property as it's fully private.
Other things to note
Pets and events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission.
If we provide permission for events of any type, the fee will be discussed based on length and type of event. We reserve the right to cancel a booking or charge an extra fee if not disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
Smoking is allowed ONLY outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoke from inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please note the pool and spa can be heated, but if you plan to use the heater there will be an additional daily fee charged.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
