About this house rental
Newly acquired property coming online Mid December.
Guests will have full use of the resort facilities at Kingfisher Bay, including 3 outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, and various food and beverage outlets however you will not be permitted to ‘charge-back’ any incidentals to your room.
A 2WD vehicle is required to get to and from the resort beaches and barges. It’s a short 2 minute drive but is not walkable due to the steep incline. A 4WD is recommended to fully explore what K’gari has to offer.
K’gari is a remote sand island and access is via vehicle barge or ferry. Transfers can be booked via the Sealink website.
A few changes will occur to the house prior to occupancy including:
-replacing all linen, towels, blankets and pillows.
-replacing the bed in bedroom 2 with a new wooden one.
-adding a double bunk bed to bedroom 4.
-update kitchen appliances, cutlery and knives.
-adding outdoor smart tv on balcony.
-Starlink high speed internet will be installed.
Bedding Configuration. Sleeps up to 10 guests, in 8 beds.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3: Single Bunk Beds + Single Bed.
Bedroom 4: Single Bunk Beds (not pictured - photo’s available soon).
Cot and Highchair available on request, prior to stay and is subject to availability.
Parking available for 3 cars.
