This home SLEEPS UP TO 12 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 4000 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 2 QUEEN BEDS, 1 QUEEN OVER QUEEN BUNK BED, 2 TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BEDS, A QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.
This vacation home has one of the best locations and views available and is in the town of Fraser. Enjoy amazing views of the majestic peaks and Continental Divide from the upper level bedrooms, and savor the alpenglow of the rising and setting sun. Enjoy the areas fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town of Winter Park's Hideaway Park amphitheater area just down the road. Winter Park Resort is only 7 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street (offsite) at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. All free activities must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
