THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
East Nashville is one of Nashville's oldest neighborhoods, located just across the Cumberland River. Known for its eclectic and artsy atmosphere, you'll find some of the city's best restaurants, live music venues, shopping, and easy access to Nissan Stadium.
Bonus: all of the excitement of Broadway is just a 10-minute Uber drive away. Don't be surprised if you see one of your favorite musicians walking around this neighborhood, as many of them call it home!

In addition to Broadway, we are also a short Uber/Lyft ride to 12 South, the Gulch, Music Row, and all the hotspots in Music City.

The large modern kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, along with all of the kitchen appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Plus a fully stocked coffee bar for caffeine cravings!
LIVING & DINING ROOM:
The living room boasts a large luxurious space to relax and hang out with plenty of seating on the section couch. You can curl up on the couch and stream a movie on the 65” TV with a bowl of popcorn.
Plenty of seating in the formal dining room with a beautiful wood dining table that seats 8.
Plus there are 4 bar stools right at the kitchen island to chat while sipping on a cocktail.
And don’t forget to capture your instagram worthy moments against our ivy wall adorned with champagne decor or enjoy a fresh brew from the fully stocked coffee bar.

MASTER/BEDROOM 1:
King size bed with walk in closets, en-suite bathroom and private desk for work.
MASTER BATHROOM 1:
Connected to the master bedroom with a large soaking tub, standing shower, private toilet, and 2 separate sinks to get ready.
HALF BATHROOM:
Located off the dining room, this modern half bath boasts fun wall paper.
LAUNDRY:
There is a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience right next to the dining room.
***UPSTAIRS***
BEDROOM 2:
2 queen size beds with lots of great closet space in the walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 3:
2 full size beds/loungers with a projector movie screen to watch your favorite movies while relaxing in bed.
BEDROOM 4:
3 full size beds with a special getting ready station with 4 vanity mirrors. There is also a little walk out balcony.
BEDROOM 5:
1 full size bed right off of the 3rd bedroom with a sliding door for privacy.
BATHROOM 2:
Located right between bedroom 2 and 3.
BATHROOM 3:
Located right off of bedroom 5 and accessible to bedroom 4 when you walk through bedroom 5.
BACKYARD:
We have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for yard games or your furry friends to run around.
PARKING:
Large circular driveway with plenty of space for parking up to 6 cars. No parking on the streets.

HOUSE RULES:
12 guests maximum.
6 vehicles maximum.
No trailers parked in driveway or streets.
No smoking.
Must be 25 years old to book.
Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am.
No parties or loud music.
Trash must be taken out for pickup Tuesday morning.
No cats allowed.
DOG POLICY:
We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs (up to 2 dogs). A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Please note although we do allow dogs, we do not allow cats. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the house? Yes. There is plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house which can comfortably fit up to 6 cars.
Do you give refunds for inclement weather? No. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters
