This lovely family villa is nestled in the hills above San Pedro de Alcantara, in the gated community of El Madroñal and is only a few minute's drive to the sea and Puerto Banus.
The prestigious El Madroñal is a private gated community with 24-hour security and is next-door neighbour to the famous high-profile La Zagaleta, also known for its high security. The area offers lovely natural surroundings with pine trees and valleys, with views of the sea. Opposite the urbanisation lies the restaurant El Coto, and just down the hill in La Heredia you can find a bar and a butcher’s. 5 minutes drive from the house down the hill is the commercial centre of Monte Halcones where there is a supermarket, an organic food shop, a pharmacy, a dry cleaners, and several restaurants and bars, great for a family meal out.
This magnificent home offers stunning views of the beautiful coast as well as the mountains. There are various terraces with dining and chill-out areas from where you can enjoy the scenery and soak up the sun. The property has 6 bedrooms, all with double beds. It is decorated beautifully and has a spacious living area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator (that has an ice machine and filtered water), microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a lovely garden with a private pool, perfect for enjoying the Marbella sun. The property comes with 4 parking spaces, all private. This is an amazing, private villa for you and your family to enjoy.
