Welcome to your dream home! This incredible residence features five spacious bedrooms and four and a half beautifully appointed bathrooms, perfect for both family living and entertaining. Step into the inviting entryway that leads you to a modern open-concept living space with exposed cross beams, where natural light pours in through large windows. The heart of the home is the gourmet chef’s kitchen, equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and an expansive island that makes cooking a delight. The adjoining dining and living areas provide a seamless flow for gatherings, while elegant finishes and thoughtful design enhance the atmosphere. The kitchen and dining space are often considered the family rooms in the house and this property is not an exception!
All the bedrooms in the main house are on the second floor. The upstairs features one bedroom with a king-sized bed and shared bathroom. The room located on the other end of the bathroom is a full over full bunk room. Down the hall are two additional rooms featuring king-sized beds with private bathrooms. One unique thing about these bedrooms is that they both have private access to a balcony furnished with a seating area.
Steps out the back door, a private carriage house is set up like a private studio apartment with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The carriage kitchen area features a stove, fridge and a small dining room table. The living area has plenty of cozy seating and plush pillows. Retreat to your private courtyard, a serene oasis perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a glass of wine. This outdoor space offers a wonderful blend of tranquility and charm, ideal for hosting barbecues, using the gas grill or enjoying quiet moments in nature.

LOCATION
Step outside and find everything in Rosemary within a couple of minutes. Go south to the beach, north to the workout facility and tennis courts, east to the pool, or west to restaurants and shopping. Spend the morning at the beach, stop by the pool, grab some lunch or coffee in Rosemary Town Square, and take the kids down the street to one of several grassy green spaces or neighborhood playgrounds.
