As we wander to the upper level, there are four bedrooms and three full baths, including the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath. The three remaining bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, are well appointed with new plush bedding and a secret closet in the kids' room stocked with toys that kids of all ages will enjoy! There is a queen en suite bedroom, king bedroom and bunk room with Jack and Jill Bathroom. The laundry room is one to be envied by all guests! Off the laundry room is a large gym area and office with two full Murphy beds for additional sleeping options. The lower level is where the fun and games will take place! Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
