Brand new on the vacation rental market, this recently remodeled, single-level home is freshly furnished and appointed with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.
Centrally located on the central California Coast near Monterey Bay and all Monterey Peninsula destinations including the Monterey Bay Aquarium, numerous beaches and special events like Monterey Car Week and the Carmel Bach Festival.
Del Rey Oaks is a quiet tiny town that borders Monterey and Seaside. This neighborhood is made of up single family homes with large lots and is located near a 17 acre wetland preserve. The location makes this home an easy commute to everywhere you want to visit from San Francisco to San Simeon. Scenic drives along historic Highway 1 to Big Sur or the famed 17 Mile Drive® in Pebble Beach® await.
Living Space
This 1,433 sf home is situated on a large lot of just under half an acre. The home has a living room and a separate family room. The Smart TV in the family room is wifi-enabled and ready for guests to log into their streaming services to access their favorite programming (guests should bring their own logins).
The kitchen has all new appliances and fresh finishes to delight the chefs in your group. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is at your fingertips. And when you want to dine out, a plethora of options are found in nearby coastal towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pacific Grove.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a twin up/twin down bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for children.
The home has a full bathroom with a shower-over-tub and a half bathroom.
The home has a large back yard with a bocce ball court and outdoor games like corn hole and croquet are provided along with a propane BBQ grill, making this a wonderful family destination. The entire property is fenced.
The front of the property has a low fence and a gate at the driveway.
Two vehicles can park inside the gate in the driveway. Additional parking is found outside the fence, near the street. The garage is not available for guest use.
There is an EV (electrical vehicle) charger available located outside of the garage which has an IEEE compliant cable. Tesla drivers will need to have an IEEE adaptor to be able to use. If in doubt, bring your own cord and adaptor.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
