About this house rental
This 100+ year old tastefully restored craftsman bungalow is on a wide quiet street in the Historic Highlands District of Pasadena.
Lounge on the tobacco leather lux depth goose down sofa and read or watch a movie on the 55” Samsung tv. Cook a gourmet meal in my well stocked kitchen. Sleep in and wake up to the birds chirping in the trees before making fresh ground espresso and pour over coffee. Fast Wi-Fi.
My goal during your stay is to have you arrive as guests and leave as friends.
The space
Expect a restful retreat. The house is cozy, clean and in good repair. The furniture and beds are soft and comfortable. Good tech- the tvs, the Wi-Fi range extenders, the turntable and BT stereo to the espresso machine. Old things- this is a house of delicate old things. Be gentle with it.
I love to host and it is my pleasure to have you as my guest.
Easy parking on the wide street and residence driveway.
The location is perfect if you’re attending any Pasadena events. 10 mins from:
- The Rose Bowl
- some of the best hiking in LA County
- The Freeway (210, 134)
- Old Pas
If you need anything at all, please ask. Otherwise the house is yours. Make yourselves at home.
Guest access
Everything is available for your use with the exception of the laundry which requires an extra fee of $10 per load- Tide, Oxiclean, washer and dryer included.
