About this house rental
This North Avoca Beach House has kept families coming back for years.
The classic three bedroom beach style holiday cottage has ample room for seven guests and is located only 100 metres from direct beach access.
Features include;
Fully equipped kitchen
Outside laundry with shower and toilet
Air Conditioning and heater
TV and DVD player
Plenty of off street parking
Air cond Spacious bedrooms
Grassed yard for kids to play and outdoor entertaining area perfect for the whole family
4 Burner gas BBQ with built in wok
Outdoor setting for family meals in the gorgeous summer weather
A great location being only 100m to North Avoca and shops
Location:
North Avoca is primarily a residential area developed in the 1950's. The North Avoca Beach Slsc was established in 1957 and is located toward the northern end of the beach, with its car park providing the best beach access. This area is another quiet gem but within an easy 5-minute drive to all the facilities of Terrigal and Avoca.
For a change of scenery head into busy Terrigal a vibrant cosmopolitan village offering a range of stylish cafes and restaurants from which you can watch the beach culture pass you by. Sip coffee or enjoy quintessential Australian fish & chips at the Haven or along the Esplanade. Be pampered at beautician or relax in the Lord Ashley Lounge or relax to some live music at the Florida Beach bar. Just a short drive away is Erina Fair with all the shopping one could desire as well as numerous dining options, cinema complex, and more.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
