This house presents 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, while the master suite resides the entire upper floor. The master suite stands as a sanctuary, featuring a corner jacuzzi that offers serene views of Lake Washington. The first bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with 3 bunk beds, ideal for your little ones to create unforgettable memories. Completing the ground floor amenities is a full bathroom, shared by the two bedrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

Guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy the entire main house, which is accessible through the main entrance. Meanwhile, the owner resides in the basement with a separate entrance and is available to assist guests when needed.

The property boasts a prime location, situated just 9 miles from both SeaTac Airport and downtown Seattle, and a mere 4 miles from downtown Renton. While having a car may be preferable for convenience, guests also enjoy easy access to transportation alternatives such as buses, Uber, and Lyft services, providing flexible commuting options to explore the surrounding areas

Other Things to Note:
1-Steep stairs to the upper floor: The master suite, located in the upper level, is accessible via steeper stairs due to the original construction of the home in 1937.
2-Lower Ceiling in the upper floor: The area has a lower ceiling compared to the rest of the main house, which is typical of older homes.
3-There is a staircase from the driveway to the front door
4- Up to 2 pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150/pet-stay or $300 for both
5- Kids are welcome at our home but will need adult supervision
