THE SPACE
Nestled at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac in one of the island's most picturesque neighborhoods, this property provides a tranquil escape just steps from the ocean. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach or down the charming, moss-draped streets to the historic Village, where you'll find delightful restaurants, quaint shops, a scenic pier, and the 1872 lighthouse that still guides ships today. Nearby, Neptune Park offers oceanfront fun with its swimming pool, water park, play areas, and miniature golf.

The Iconic Round House is perfect for a family gathering, boasting two king suites. The interior is adorned with exotic cypress hardwood floors, a magnificent heart pine staircase, handcrafted wood coffered ceilings, and custom tiling and windows. Oversized plantation shutters, a commercial steel elevator, and a large skylight over the stairwell add to the home's elegance. The eat-in kitchen, equipped with a commercial refrigerator, complements the endless ocean views visible through the expansive windows in every room.

Pool is approximately 16’ X 18’ overlooking the ocean.

Main living spaces is on the 2nd floor.

With six bedrooms in total, sleeping 14 guests, the home also features a spacious dining room, a great room with a TV overlooking the ocean, a sitting room with ocean views, and a separate big-screen TV. This layout provides ample space for both family gatherings and private relaxation.

Beach access is tide dependent. When the tide is high, there is no beach access, but you still have the most amazing waterfront views on the island.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $600 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
