This home has the perfect location. minutes away from down town Glenwood Springs, 45 minute drive to Aspen, and only 8 miles from Sunlight! direct access to historical Old Cardiff Bridge for amazing sunset walks over the Roaring Fork river.
The quarter acre lot is all yours. Locally owned and operated, you wont find better care and comfort. Master bedroom has private full bath. 2nd bedroom has full bathroom just next door. With vaulted ceiling and open kitchen floor plan this interior cannot be matched.
Expect mostly pedestrian traffic on the dead end road that will take you to a pedestrian bridge over the Roaring Fork River. Oversized driveway that can fit multiple vehicles.
