Schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Cagliari

Sehr schönes Haus mit architektonisch tollen, sehr modernen Zimmern. Catharina und ihr Personal sind äußerst bemüht und sofort zur Stelle. Frühstück nett im Garten, Auswahl liebevoll angerichtet, aber überschaubar. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur 1 Nacht hier verbracht für den Besuch von Cagliari. Dafür war es ideal. Die Nähe zur Straße haben wir nicht wahrgenommen bzw. hat uns nicht gestört.

Agradável

The B&B is a small property with pretty gardens and a small swimming pool, perfect for families who have children. My child loved playing in the garden and pool with another guest, a little girl she made friends with. Our first room had issues but Caterina, the host, solved it rapidly. We changed rooms and everything went smoothly. The rest of the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast area is in the back garden and it's a cozy space. There's a take away pizzeria place close by and you can get very tasty pizzettas, for only 2,50€!

The location is not the best, next to a noisy road. We had a car so we could easily explore other beaches in other areas. Without a car it would be very difficult.

Stile and chic

+ luxe modern landscape and interior design. The villa has a small but beautiful garden with a steaming pool + big comfortable room with unique design. I like an electric tv bed, different type of room illumination and blackout curtains + the breakfast served in the garden was excellent. Hot fresh backed goods (brioches), good coffe, salt dishes, fruits. Love Villeroy and Boch caps. + gentile and hospitality staff

- no public spaces (like small hall where to read a book)

Sehr modernes Villa

Sehr nette Gastgeberin , bei jeder frage war immer am Telefon zu erreichen,sehr modernes Zimmer und voll ausgestattet, sogar unsere Urlaubsreise haben wir noch ein Tag verlängert . Zimmer war immer sauber und Personal sehr nett 👍 Frühstück war ausreichend und gleich in kleinen Garten zum genießen .Wir haben in Ruhe sehr genossen unsere Aufenthalt. Vielen lieben 🫶 Dank.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The beautiful and spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Each morning, the delightful breakfast offered a perfect start to the day. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm hospitality of the hostess and breakfast lady. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. The hostess had some fantastic tips for things to do in the surrounding area, which made my exploration even more memorable. Despite the minor noise from the nearby road during sunbathing near the pool, the tranquility inside the rooms ensured restful sleep and peaceful nights. Overall, this B&B offers a charming and inviting atmosphere with friendly hosts and delightful rooms. If you're looking for a great place to stay with helpful recommendations for local activities, this is the perfect choice!

Very good

We were so comfortable at Villa Vi. It was clean, quiet and very well kept. Best thing was the closeness to the beach that was a beautiful long, sandy natural beach, not at all busy and excellent to swim in. There were no facilities but Silvia at Villa Vi lent us an umbrella so we were good. We did not have a car. We took the local bus to Cagliari, which was easy, two nights (only stayed three days) and had dinner in the old town. Bus stop located across the road and bus was on time. We also took bus to Villasimius and then shuttle to the beaches there which worked fine. Preferred beach near the Villa though. Breakfast fine, nothing amazing but all you can expect from Italian breakfast. Lovely croissants. Good features ware the spacy fridge in the room and the little veranda outside. Liked the fact that we needed no key but all locks were with a code. Vilka Vi perfect for a short stay when looking for relaxation.

Only downside no nearby restaurants available for lunch. There were some cafés however and we stocked the fridge w fruits and yogurts etc from nearby Coop.

Definitely not worth the high rating !!!

It was clean rooms but nothing like the pictures.

There was several huge issues at this property. There was no WiFi in our rooms & only possible to access Wi-Fi from another area where I needed to sit to work. Another MAJOR issue that there was no hot water 2 out of the 3 nights 😡💩 There was no one at the property to help or assist & after a long day driving it’s unacceptable to come back & there’s no hot water !!?!! There was ALWAYS an issue with the electricity which made problems with the water system. Also the breakfast only starts @ 08:00 which I felt is late. Another thing that bothered me was that they left their dirty laundry on our balcony / lounge area for 2 days - check the attached pictures.

This property is amazing, is exactly as pictured. we absolutely loved our room and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. i would definitely stay again.

If you’re staying here you’ll need a car (we had one so wasn’t a problem for us)

Clean and quality of linens and furnishings. Bed made and room cleaned daily.

Although the villa is very stylish the angular shape of the place, paths and doorway are a little difficult to navigate, the pool too is style over practicality. A car would be useful as there are no decent restaurants nearby but we did manage to get around by bus.

Comfortable hotel

This is a quirky little hotel with very comfortable rooms. The design is original, clever and fun. Caterina and Silvia were both lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great. The super comfortable beds were the highlight.

The location isn’t great, but we knew that when we booked. Traffic noise is loud if your room is on the main road - ask for a room on the other side as it makes all the difference. The pool is cute but tiny and the noise from the traffic detracted a bit from our enjoyment of the garden.

Modern Villa / boutique style hotel with amazing hosts, clean rooms and a tasty breakfast.

Villa vi was very accommodating when we informed them that our group would be coming in quite late (After midnight). The host, Sylvia, provided us with videos on how to enter the property and access our rooms so the whole process went really smoothly. The following days we had lovely breakfasts on the terrace of the villa. Sylvia also sat down with us during the fist day to give us some great advice on which beaches to go to and where to eat in Cagliari which proved invaluable. The rooms were clean and fresh when we arrived and the host prepared a breakfast platter for us on the day we were leaving as we were departing quite early.

Some would say that the location is not ideal, however, our party of 4 traveled by car and we appreciated the fact that there was lots of free parking spots available next to the villa. Moreover, it is easy to access the beaches in the south east of Sardinia from the location! It takes about 20mins to Cagliari. Overall, no complaints.

Nice villa in a semi-nice location

The staff of the villa was amazingly friendly and the house is very beautiful with a cute garden.

The breakfast was nothing special, but okay. The hotel is located next to a road that is a bit noisy. Our room was nice and clean but you could smell the drain.

The host Sylvia was amazing! Breakfast was varied and good. Travel by bus is possible but would only recommend if travelling to Cagliari/Poetto and back. A car/scooter would be advised for longer journeys.

Everything was beyond our expectations, Villa Vi is simply fabulous. From the very warm welcome from Silvia , to the the exceptional care in making sure all was to our satisfaction from Katerina , that met us at breakfast every day... The best combination of 5 star and a cosy but luxurious feel. It's is certainly much better than what the photos can portray!!! Exceptional!!!

Beautiful, comfy and very clean room

The proprietary is very nice and kind. She is always ready to help and give some tips about nearby restaurants and places to visit. Always asking if everything is ok in the room making you feel like home. The room is very clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. The design of the room and the building is also very beautiful!! There are good restaurants nearby and also a beach pretty close. I would stay there another time for sure!!

The closest beach is not one of those paradisiac beaches, so you have to rent a car to find a good beach or to go to Cagliari city. The curtain in the room is a modern electrical blackout but it is not totally opaque, so a lot of light is entering in the room from the early morning.

it’s a beautiful villa. The host is exceptionally friendly. the place is modern design with great amenities and very clean.

A bit far from town but the 25 minutes drive along the coast is beautiful. Good tradeoff considering the hassle of parking in town looking for space and had to walk quite. a way.

The go to Villa in Sardegna

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. Caterina, Silvia and the whole staff were amazing, kind and very friendly. We almost stayed longer than we were expecting but unfortunately the Villa was fully booked. As we had a very early check-out they also made sure we had something for breakfast waiting for us in our bedroom. It’s the little things that count the most and we’re surely be back as soon as we can!

I regret that we haven't stayed a couple of days longer.

First of all we've had perceived a very warm welcome at the destination by Catarina who is the owner of this place. The room are designed very special and are really big and clean. Every morning we had a rich variety of breakfast and even special wishes could be met.

There is nothing what we didn't like as everything was arranged perfectly. In the refrigerator we even did find two bottles of mineral water which we have highly appreciated as it becomes quite hot in Sardignia.

Staff and owner are absolutely awesome people. We stayed here with two kids and they helped us with everything. Rooms and pool were always clean. Beach is right behind the hotel and restaurants are in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and we are definitely coming back soon.
