It starts with its unbeatable location right under the gondola, providing ski-out/ski in-walk-in (based on snow conditions) accommodations. The walk back is about 100 yards. You'll experience true mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area that can be enjoyed from 2 decks, the main living area and 2 of the bedrooms.
The open living area which features an updated kitchen with mountain-style wood cabinetry and granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and there is a large, beautiful wood dining table off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views. The living area has access to 2 decks with amazing views.
The master bedroom is very large that features a king bed, great views and a large, updated full bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed that is spacious and has slope views.
The 3rd bedroom/den is off the living area, has two twin beds (trundle) and french glass doors.
There is another large, full bathroom that had also been updated.
During the summer, you are near biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

We all loved our stay! Spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed and decorated condo! Outstanding views of the steamboat resort and surrounding mountains! Hot tub is right outside and easy to get to. Wonderful balconies! Really nice kitchen with huge island and good seating for friends and family. Great fireplace and hearth with TV. Fold out couch was a bonus! Unfortunately, this condo is not a ski in, ski out for everyone! Good for intermediate and above skiers who don't mind a little walking. Not great at all for beginning skiers or snowboarders.

We really enjoyed this condo!! It is well stocked in the kitchen, which is so helpful when you travel! It had comfortable beds, and beautiful views!! We were sad the hot tub was unavailable till ski season, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

There was a problem with the original unit we booked (electricity was under repair) but Stacy found us a unit to stay in right away that was very satisfactory. We had to move again back to the original unit after repairs were made but we had a great stay and Stacy helped us out a lot. Thank you for the great service.

This was a lovely property. Great location. We would rather stay at a condo/home instead of a hotel and are “picky” with our choices. This place hit all the marks! Clean, quiet, well stocked, comfortable beds, etc. Great place!

Wonderful Rental!
From top to bottom this rental was everything we needed for a week getaway to Steamboat! The home was everything we needed and more and ITrip was amazing at staying in contact and checking on things through the week as a curtsy. Everything was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Wonderful Ski Out/Easy Walk in Unit
Super well stocked with spices, oils, flour, sugar, detergents, paper products and bath soap/shampoo - what a treat not to have to buy those only to leave them behind!
Super amt of space; just as pics describe; comfy beds; would stay again/recommend.
Negatives:
- bath mats vacuumed but not washed/dried, matted, musty smelling - tisk tisk on a high end unit.
- only 5 bath towels?? for 6 adults? Requested more - none arrived...we made due by doing laundry. Again should not have to do mat and towel laundry with a high end unit.

ITrip was amazing! Very accommodating in shuttle service and very dependable!! Property was very clean and stocked full of any kitchen utensil we needed. Hot tub was a great perk after a day of skiing. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Excellent experience!!

Well serviced condo
Everything was easy. The free shuttle was great and responsive. The condo kitchen was stocked with spices and plates, glasses, etc. ski-in ski out does take a bit of effort and the hot tub deck and stairs were a little icy. Would definitely stay at another iTRip property.

We were thrilled with this condo. We booked last minute (day of check-in) and iTrip was accommodating and responsive. The condo is well-stocked, spacious, and updated. The hot tub is right outside. The garage is tight and outdoor parking is limited - if you have a bigger car, it may be tough to get in the garage. We have a truck and probably could have made it work but luckily there was outdoor parking while we were there.

Clean and comfortable condo right on the mountain. Everything was as advertised, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. We successfully navigated ski in/ski out, but had to do a short walk because of snow conditions. In typical snow conditions, would be an easy in/out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we do another Steamboat weekend.

We loved staying at Norwegian Log 104. It has everything you need in the condo besides food. The condo is more beautiful than the pictures and is perfect size for family of six. The location is perfect with just a quick ride with free private transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

With natural snow, this condo is ski in ski out. Updated and comfortable. Garage is heated and fits a Honda Odyssey (no roof rack). Great views of The Valley.

Great place, great resort
This was our second stay this year in this unit. We loved everything about it. The physical unit itself is well maintained and appointed. The location is a true ski-in and ski-out (cannot be a beginner). The team that supports while there (shuttle and such) are great. They are also very willing to recommend places to eat and things to do. We loved it and look forward to our next stay.

Great ski in / ski out!
We stayed at this property for our annual guys ski trip and it was great! Check in was easy as the owner / manager promptly responded to any email inquiries and had sent good information ahead of time. I do not think there is a physically closer unit in the building to the spot where you start / end your ski day. Ski in is easy - you go between the 2nd and 3rd big bear buildings. Depending on when it last snowed / plowed you may have to take your skis off and cross a 10 ft road. Ski out was easy and only requires a 50 - 60 foot skate to get to the hill and down to the gondola. We walked down to the village each night. It is a 10 minute walk down the hill and maybe a 15 minute walk home up the hill. Unit is spacious and clean. we loved having the grill out on one of the decks. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo, but not Ski-Out/Ski-In even with lots of snow
Loved the condo, but it's definitely NOT ski-out/ski-in - even with lots of snow unless you are an expert skier and even then the proposed path is risky with natural and man-made obstacles some of which are buried under the snow. I skied for three straight days on the mountain and never fell once, but fell every time trying to get to and from my "ski-out/ski-in" condo. Guessing the bruises will go away soon enough.

Nice spacious condo in a convenient spot with beautiful views. It’s a corner condo with two decks which we used daily. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is big and has plenty of space. The kitchen and living areas are great and the two patios actually let us see some of the fireworks at Howelsen. Everything in the unit was near, clean a d well kept.
Our only challenge were the beds. They were harder not very supportive, making it challenging for us to sleep well (we utilized the three beds in the two bedrooms; a fourth smaller bed in an office-type area was not used).
The property managers were great, and we had a great experience overall.

the Norwegion Log rooms were clean and fairly easy to access by car. If there is enough snow you can ski-out right down to the gondola. Ski-in is a little tricky and we figured it out on the 3rd day. The hot-tub is fine, but nothing special.

Perfect for our family vacation
We appreciated having all the bedrooms on one floor. The kitchen was big and open, making the use of it for 4 adults and 2 children very easy. We used the hot tub daily, as it was super close to the entry to the condo. I contacted the property management about a few utensils we needed in the kitchen that were not available and they were very accommodating. I could see us booking here as an annual event.

Parking is the issue
Accommodation is fine. Not above and not below expectation. 3 comments, 2 with regard to accommodation 1 for Steamboat in general.
(1) Ski in & out is not more demanding than anticipated and not a fit for children.
(2) it should have more transparent that garage is not a fit for a big car. Owner’s takes up space and door is very narrow and close to house wall. Outside parking is a mystery. Several unmarked spaces but was told I cannot use as used for snow storage.
(3) parking in Steamboat is an even greater mystery. Depending on what shop / restaurant one goes to you seem to have to use a specific parking structure. Highly confusing and not well planned.
Rating only 3 stars as nothing really outstanding but ski in&out and parking were annoying flaws.

My stay at 104 Norwegian Log Steamboat Springs
I have fallen in love with Steamboat Springs!! The condo was awesome - I rented 104 Norwegian Log on Ski Trail Lane and it exceeded all expectations. Mountain views from every window takes your breath away. The unit was pristine, spacious, fully equipped and beautifully decorated - a home away from home. The management company was customer orientated - our every need was met. The location is incredible - the gondola passes nearby, with restaurants and bars galore!!! I will be back!

We were very happy with Unit 104. It was well kept, well stocked and very convenient. We stayed as 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and had plenty of room and comfort. Great Views.
Jason at the property management company was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and everything he said was spot on correct when we got to the unit.
