Great spot. House was easily big enough for a family of 6. Very happy!

Was ideal to catch up with family, house was very well presented and plenty of room, weather was not good, but the pool and soccer tables meant we had plenty to keep us entertained. Along with a good selection of movies.
(cue's do need tips, which we tried to buy but the sports shop had sadly closed down)

The house is very well equipped and is private. Awesome deck which looks out to bush and a reserve. The beds are very hard, which was the only down fall for us. If you like a hard bed then the house is perfect.

Great place, lovely house and beautiful views. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome house and location, Craig was excellent houdt

A nice quiet neighborhood. Tracks out the back door. Short trips to Marlborough wine area and Queen Charlotte Sound.
House was as pictured: great. We really enjoyed the espresso machine!

We five adult family members had a delightful three night stay. The facilities were just what we needed. The location is perfect for easy access to town and the marinas. The batch was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Communication with the owner could not have been better.

Great house, great location, everything you need, extremely well equipped - our family of 8 had plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Thank you

Beautiful property, perfect stay, exactly what we needed

Very happy with everything. Location, house, amenities were all superb. The only down side was wifi , although it connected fine, wouldn’t allow Sky viewing without buffering. Full marks to the owner though who did all that he could to remedy.
This is a great place to stray whether it be family or friends. We’ll be back

We throughly enjoyed our stay- fantastic location within arms reach of native bush. Beautiful view from the lounge and everything readily available to make the stay relaxed and comfortable.

Comfortable property. Lovely surroundings. Quiet and private.

Fantastic place and great value for money. We had the boat in the marina which was only 2 minutes away so nice and handy. Will be booking again soon.

In general, the property was great, with heaps of room and was very comfortable. The pool table was a hit with our teenagers. There were a few items that were not at the property like the bikes, our children even took their own helmets and planned to use these to explore the area but there were no bikes. Also no freezer in the garage, we had extra ice for our chilly bin that would not fit in the small freezer, a bit frustrating when you have planned for these items to be there. All in all, we had a great stay and would book again.

Great to stay in a well priced beautiful home in a lovely setting, warm and comfortable.

Was a beautiful warm home with everything we needed whilst we worked away. Will be using it again next time we are in the area.
Highly recommend

This property is awesome for what we wanted for a family holiday , although we do believe it's lacking two minor things, unfortunately we were there during a winterly storm , we found the house really cold and perhaps a second heat pump or heat transfer would make a difference . Lastly we would love to see a cleaner built into the price, we felt the last thing we wanted to do at the end of our stay was clean the property top to toe. Other than that really good .
4.7
Great location, beautiful holiday location with reserve boundary, close to Picton shops and all the amenities.
Great people to deal with and very easy. Highly recommend this property, very nice decore and comfortable sleeping. 10/10

As a family of 6 plus 2 grandparents this was just ideal. The house had room for everyone and some. It felt modern and well taken care of. The best location for biking and walking and just a few minutes to either picton or waikawa beaches. We had everything we needed right there so it was a relaxing holiday. Minor point, the washing machine didnt spin well, but who goes on holiday to do laundry anyway?! Would happily come back.

Love the house, deck with views and birdsong lovely.
Towels are a bit tired but will be back. thanks

We were looking for a relaxing family vacation in a location we had not been before. The house is nice and spacious with everything to cook and relax whilst retaining a holiday house feel. Located between Picton and Waikawa bay right next to local walking/running/biking tracks this offered a quiet secluded feel whilst within 10 minutes drive of Picton. Owner was great at communicating information and a seamless checkin process. Would recommend

Great spot, sunny deck and main living with pool table 👍Although place has bad bedding (mattress, sheets, duvet & pillows) making staying many nights very uncomfortable 😣
4.7
Was a great stay and a perfect location for us. We stayed in the middle of winter though so it was a bit cold but not too much of a problem. Comms was good
4.7
Great lovely clean home. Perfect for my family, exactly what we needed. A bit cold for the little ones although we did travel in July so was expected.
4.7
It was a fairly easy drive to Blenheim where we were competing. The house itself was reasonably comfortable although we had a little trouble adjusting the heating for the lounge area
Perhaps would have been better for a summer visit. Being an older group there was some difficulty negotiating the step over the bath for showering.
A reasonably comfortable stay.

Property was very tidy and comfortable. My brother-in-law was over from Sydney and location was perfect for us to do some sight seeing and visit some wineries.
4.7
Beautiful outlook from the deck and the kids loved the pool table.

Holiday home was lovely and inviting, had all the amenities we needed.
Would absolutely recommend.
