The location and value for money was amazing

Our Ferry got delayed and we reached around 1am, the Manager organised it well for us to checkin that night. Room was warm before we arrived. Very comfortable and convinient. Definately recommend.
Didn't have cooking facility but tea, coffee, toaster, kettle with utencils, dishes are provided.

Friendly and welcoming, genuine care for customer. Lovely and clean bedroom and facilities, staff made extra effort to find out about arrival time, and when I left something in the department. Ideal location with short and long term parking close by.
Bed was firm for my liking

Location.
Dated. Photos on websire appear more modern than it is.

Great location. Great customer service. Rooms cleaned daily and well stocked with everything as listed. Very happy to store luggage after checkout which was a huge help to us
The room is looking a little tired. Could do with repainting and some updating but that's all. We did have really noisy neighbours on both sides, but that wasn't the fault of the motel owners. Privacy was impossible unless the curtains were kept closed so possibly blinds might work better?

The tv worked well
This was a dismal experience. The paint on the walls was bubbling and chipping off. There were cracks throughout the apartment. The kitchen had not been renovated since the 70’s. Extremely outdated fridge, freezer didn’t work, the stove was in desperate need to be replaced. The actual motel room did not look like anything as pictured in the booking.com advertisements. The microwave was very old looked like an early 80’s model. The counters were warped and chipped. This has been the worst booking.com experience that we have ever had. The hotel should not even be considered as a possible destination for anyone.

Location
On being directed to our room the woman on reception was quite grumpy when I asked if there was much road noise as we were upstairs road frontage. She said well what do you expect when you book somewhere in town, and had you booked direct instead of booking.com we may have been able to accommodate you but we are now booked out. I said my husband was elderly and could we have some help lifting the 2 heavy suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs, and was told there was none available. Room spacious and adequate, but very dated, and no net curtain at the window so everyone could see when they walked past. There was a lot of street noise as road works were being done.

The shower had excellent pressure
Everything was fine

It’s right in time . Very central . Loved having sky tv and appreciated the extra blankets which we ended up using .
It was absolutely FREEZING . There was an oil heater in the room and it took hours to heat up . The beds also need a bit of love and the room could use a renovation . The shower pressure is terrible .

Needs block out blinds as very bright lights going all night on out side balcony

Convenient location for shops, cafes and town wharf. Daily room service.
Our room was dark and the decor very dated. The kitchen was in a 1970’s time-warp and fridge very noisy keeping us awake at night. The Wi-Fi was terrible - we enquired about this and we’re told it was due to the previous day’s storm. It was still as bad the next day which was clear and sunny. No air conditioning. Lack of any view. Poor value for the quality of accommodation.

Close to the ferry and central location in the town
For a transit hotel where people need to check ongoing connections the internet connection was appalling. It costs virtually nothing to install a hotel wide wifi coverage so it seems a great oversight that this is not done already. The kitchen could do with some eye level cupboards.

Perfectly situated for exploring the town and the ferries, very comfortable
The bathroom door did not fit well, some small debris from wind falling in skylight over the bed

handy location, and they had a family room
very very very in need of an update. hasn’t been updated or renovated/repaired since it was built. price wasn’t cheaper to compensate for this, either!

Excellent location, great service and very clean rooms.
We have boys aged 11, 15 and 17 and the apartment was too small for all of us but that’s due to no fault of the motel.
