John and Rachel were excellent hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Very chatty and interested in their guests. Was obvious that some guests had been there before, which is always a good sign.

Very clean and a warm welcome. High quality breakfast served efficiently.
Although everything was spotlessly clean, the furnishing of the room was rather dated. Nairn is not really a holiday destination in itself and most of the restaurants have a very limited vegetarian offer. The town has seen better days.

Rachel and her husband were fabulous hosts. Breakfast was delicious. They had great suggestions for all of our questions about where to go. They were the best.

Fantastic location on the sea front at Nairn, and the breakfast had a wide range of alternatives including my favourite, Scrambled egg with smoked salmon

It was the highlight of my vacation. Rachel is the sweetest, and she made me feel welcome and at home. I loved staying there, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The location is right at the beach and the few is just amazing. I would choose to stay there every time again.
For me, it was perfect.

Beautiful location, friendly hosts, room was exceptionally clean. Close stroll into town for pubs & dinner and location has a gorgeous outlook over the ocean. Would also recommend the restaurant one one two cafe up the road, which was delicious.
Couldnât fault it.

Location is fantastic - right off the beach. Fun bar and couple houses down the street. Sunny Brae and Nairn has been the best part of my trip so far.

The breakfasts were generous and beautifully cooked, and really tasty; compliments to the chef! There was also a healthy continental option, with cereals berries and yogurt followed by toast.
The location of Sunny Braes is perfect with stunning sea-views, and also near the town centre for restaurants.
The owner Rachel was very friendly, always on hand to answer questions and extremely helpful. She made our stay most enjoyable. This B&B is highly recommended.
I can't think of anything.

Rachel was very welcoming and was very accommodating when we asked for a late check out to be able to spend more time at the beach. The property is beautiful and ideally located. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Sunnybrae is an excellent and exceptionally well managed small hotel in a sea front location in Nairn. This was a return visit for us, having really enjoyed our first visit in 2020. Nairn is a perfect location as a base for a holiday on the Moray Firth coast. We had a lovely sea facing room with excellent facilities and excellent breakfasts. Racheal and John are perfect hosts and made us feel valued as return customers as they did on our first visit in 2020.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it.
Sunny Brae is spotless and the staff very friendly.
The location was directly a cross form, the beach and the town centre 4 mins away.
The view at the front is the stuff of dreams, the gardens of the property well established and very pretty. Plenty of car parking spaces.
A great place to have a stay cation.
We could not fault the property, the friendly staff, or breakfast.

We are a younger couple and had a great relaxing stay. The b&b is perfectly placed overlooking the famous Nairn bandstand and the beach. The room was really well equipped, and having fresh bottled water and tea and biscuits available was a nice touch. There is a lovely front sitting room and the breakfast room is spacious with zero social distancing worries at all. Breakfast itself was brilliant.
There are tables out the front of the property and one towards the back. We asked if we could sit out the back and found ourselves in a wind-free sun trap with a cold highland beer served from the property. It would be the envy of any of the pubs in the town. There is a wide selection of wines and spirits, with the whisky selection in particular very impressive.
The owners couldnât have been nicer or more accommodating. We felt at home in their b&b and wouldnât think twice about coming back in the future for a relaxing stay.

We really liked the friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the excellent breakfasts. Rachel and John are wonderful hosts. It was our first trip since lifting of lockdown, but the covid prevention measures made us feel safe. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach and the town centre.
