An inspiring stay

Eclectic decor and beautiful spaces. Great location overlooking the ocean and in the artsy district of Barranco. Kind and helpful staff. Easy walk anywhere. Fun and different vibe. Cats :)

A lot of cold coming into the areas due to older furnishings (doors, windows with a lot of gaps).

Great art, views, service, and location. I'd stay there again, for sure!

Such a great place to stay! While I was looking forward to seeing the art of Delfin, the scope of the artwork their was beyond expectations. Great coastal views from many rooms and the outdoor area, and my courtyard view was cute, too. Staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location in Barranco is perfect for those wanting to check out that neighborhood, which you surely know you should.

This had no effect on my impression of the stay, really, but the only improvement I could suggest is that the front gate entry system could be a little better by being user-based (ie, a card or lock code / pin # unlocks door instead of buzzing in) and less loud of a buzz, in case another traveler returns really late. No problems for me, though.

Artistic Eclectic Vibe

I felt like I was staying in a museum (in a good way). Delfina’s artwork is everywhere. We were able to visit Victor’s studio and meet him. We purchased a painting that I just adore. Loved breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean with local vultures soaring overhead. The family are huge part of the vibe of this eclectic artzy Airbnb. Worth every cent.

This is a great place to stay in Lima. It is a big hotel full of art everywhere. A great pool and fantastic views of the coast. The room is basic; a large bed in a good sized room. Shower was hot and really powerful. I would stay here again.

Nothing. Hotels in peru often don't have fridges or kettles and that is something I really like in a room

What an amazing place!

The house is down a pretty little street in Barranco. A few minute walk to bars and bustle but is itself a haven of tranquility. I loved our breakfast on the terrace the coolness of the room (without needing to use air conditioning). Being surrounded by so much art was just amazing. I will be returning next time we are in Lima. What a special place.

View and location.

Rooms need air conditioning, refrigerators, and coffee/tea pot. Pool was not heated and had no pool chairs around it. Breakfast was very plain, basic scramble eggs, bread and an odd piece of fruit. Also, lots of ants and one roach in the room that we found.

The toilet doesn't have a door, not a big deal but it's a nice to have. I would appreciate some complimentary water in the room, but that could be because I'm American and used to drinking water everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was the home of a famous Peruvian artist and is filled with all sorts of interesting works. It’s practically a museum. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I would skip the uninspired breakfast offerings. There are plenty of options within a short walking distance. Cancellation policy and payment in advance is very user friendly.

Great location, friendly staff and beautiful garden and balcony that you can enjoy with a drink.

The shower was not working properly so we used the bathtub instead. Breakfast is ok but could be better

fantastic! The View of the ocean and the Sunset right on the cliff in their big backyard! do it!

This is a beautiful hotel. the concept is amazing, the views are excellent, the hot shower and the bath tub, the old classic real tub. was excellent. I loved that the entire property is enclosed inside, and I could park my rental in their garage. The bed was extremely comfortable. staff were friendly. Really It was excellent. everything., so much I wish it was my second home.

the wifi was not working very great. maybe it was just one of those days. I dont have anything bad to say about them.

Beautiful architectural sanctuary in Lima.

Unusual character of premises.Breakfast ample.Loved the swimming pool cool and refreshing. Staff and Lilian were lovely and very helpful.Fantastic views of Lima.Artwork amazing and quirky.

Near perfect.

Almost everything - great property, location and management.

Minor point, but in addition to the waves on the beach (loved this!) you can hear people partying on the beach - at times a bit too late at night.
