Any issues we had, doors not closing, loose tiles in dining room, light bulbs not working, we’re speedily and satisfactorily dealt with
The shower in bathroom badly needs to be replaced. It’s not fit for purpose.
There is not enough cutlery or mugs to warrant using dishwasher.

Very good
A lovely spacious house in a great location. The staff we contacted were brilliant (especially Brian, who very kindly said we could check out late on the day of our departure).
We hadn’t realised there is no wifi!!
Price - It’s not cheap (but i suppose it’s no more expensive than other similar houses).

Location was perfect. The facilities were basic. We found the television difficult to operate ( TG We didn’t need it) We also had an issue with showers/immersion. Your staff member Brian sorted that for us and followed up to make sure it was OK
The television ( see above)

Dunmore East is a winner
Loved the location and Kim was extremely helpful.
House was good with plenty space and plenty hot water.
Cooker and washing machine excellent.
Beds comfy and pillows good quality.
Fresh fish in local shop is amazing.
Overall a great place to stay.
Loads to do, from walking , cycling, beach , cliff walk and adventure centre. Did not eat out due to Covid
Permeant bars attached to shed side for drying wet suits
Wooden spoons in drawer for cooking
2 Deck chairs to sit on outside that have arms for coffee
Rugs in a basket for kids on sofa in evening they get cool watching TV.
A list of how things work, took ages to figure out TV and remotes.
Shoot the seagulls - tongue in cheek here.
Ireland are now coffee lovers so it would be worth investing in a coffee machine.
Advise people coming to know when tide is in, they might consider traveling up coast that day or picking a different time to head down to the sand.

Comfortable house in development near the beach
Well laid out, straightforward accommodation in a development close to beach. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful support from local manager, Kim.
Bathrooms getting worn. Garden chairs in addition to picnic bench would be nice.

We loved the setup and convenience of how close it is the town. Overall the place was wonderful and clean. However there were some areas that could be improved for instance the bathrooms. They need to be either cleaned much better or completely redone as there is black mold growing. Also I would change the mattresses out every couple of years as they begin to feel very springy. We loved our stay and I love the trident holiday homes but there is definitely areas that could be improved to make the experience perfect!
