About this house rental
A charming cottage in the town of Lymington in easy reach of a wealth of activities. Comprises two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double. There is a spacious lounge with woodburner. The cottage enjoys a super location, with the Georgian market town, its lovely High Street, the Marinas and Sea Wall walks within easy walking distance. Unrestricted on street parking on the road outside. There are endless activities, pubs, restaurants, walks, rides, costal walks on offer all within minutes walk or drive if wanting to explore the delights of the New Forest. Lymington and the New Forest will be sure to spoil you and hopefully so will we, making your stay a memorable one. We have ran a small Cottage approximately 4 miles from this property for over 5 years now and have achieved a five star rating and believe we know how to make guests feel welcome and also we have learnt what is important so we have applied that learning in bringing this new offering to the holiday letting market.

Lovely cosy cottage, deceptively spacious and in a great location for the town and nearby walks. Enclosed garden for our dog was ideal. Would recommend and would love to return.

This cottage was charming and was just as described. It had everything we needed and was within easy walking distance of the delightful town centre. We felt very comfortable here and had a great weekend. I would highly recommend

We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights. The cottage is well presented and the host easily contactable. It is only a ten minute walk into the High Street or the Marina with an abundance of shops, Saturday market, pubs and picturesque walks. We had Sunday lunch at the Kings Head which we would highly recommend. It is also only a 15-20 minute drive to the New Forest and the vineyard on the way does a fantastic fish finger sandwich. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you.

Small cottage but perfectly big enough for the 2 of us. Parking easy on street opposite cottage. Smart bathroom and power shower. Kitchen adequate for our needs. Steep stairs to bedrooms. Very convenient to walk to town, lovely independent shops and bakery. Excellent meal out at Lanes of Lymington.Great walks along sea wall to Hurst Castle, beautiful coast line. Would stay again.

Loved the cottage and was in walking distance of the town, harbour and many dog friendly pubs and cafes!
The cottage has a secure back yard which was perfect for the dogs and has hose and back gate entry ( in case of muddy paws)..lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio furniture!
Beds very comfortable and the shower was great too!...would definitely recommend!

Charming cottage great location ,had everything you needed, sea wall walk 5 minutes away which was great with dogs,the only thing we mentuoned was that the courtyard could have been a bit more pleasent to sit out in ,just needed weeding and the shrubs cut back a bit .

The cottage had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Walking distance from Marina, Quay and High Street. Good pubs locally to choose from serving great food. Ideal for our first break away with our dog.

Sea Cottage is a well located, beautifully furnished, cosy cottage which is very well equipped near the town centre of Lymington. Local walks in and around the town’s great range of shops and restaurants is alongside similar access to great coastal and forest walks.
We enjoyed a wonderful couple of days at Richard’s cottage, and would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a quiet, cosy few days away.

A bright and freshly decorated cottage with a compact galley kitchen, nice linens and towels and very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The bedrooms are up a narrow staircase that was fine for carry-on sized luggage. Marina, high street, pubs, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

It is a very well appointed cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very hot but the downstairs remained cool; there is enough ventilation in the bedrooms to make sleeping comfortable in that heat. Shower is good. Cottage is in easy walking distance of town, outdoor swimming pool and sea wall walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Cottage. It is clean and well appointed. The cottage is in a perfect location in Lymington equidistant from town and the harbour/beach. It is also really well located for attractions in the local area and for the Isle of Wight ferry.

Quaint small cottage in quiet residential neighborhood. 10 minute walk to town, shops and restaurants. Owner very helpful. Be sure you have good mobility because stairs to upstairs bedrooms are narrow and steep. Beds quite comfortable and ground floor shower/bathroom works nicely.

Great little cottage!
This place had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Smart tv and use of a computer was an extra bonus. The bed was really comfortable too. Great location. Able to walk to the high street, or nature reserve. There was also a park in walking distance that allowed dogs, so our dog had a great time too!

An enjoyable stay at Sea Cottage. All as described with the house containing everything we needed for a weekend stay. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding - always a bonus.

All in all a very well presented cottage, exceptionally clean and has everything you could need,. Unfortunately this could not be said for the patio at the back, which needs some TLC.
Ideally placed for walking into the town and the sea wall.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, perfect for a weekend away eating and walking around the New Forest and coast.
Can highly recommend The Elderflower in Lymington, and The Pig in Brockenhurst
but make sure you book well advance!

Cosy & Comfortable Cottage Stay
My husband & I stayed at Sea Cottage for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was very comfortable, warm & had all that we needed. The beds were very comfy & the pillows too. Very convenient less than 10’minute walk into town. Altogether a very relaxing break.

Lovely property in a quiet residential street. The cottage was beautifully furnished with all the amenities you would need. And the beds were really comfortable - always a bonus. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the cottage to anyone wanting a trip to Lymington.
