Room was clean and good size able to accommodate the six of us ( 2adults & 4 children) no problems. The beds also were clean and very comfortable. We all had a good night rest.
Water was hot which made for perfect showering and A/C worked in all rooms which allowed us to be comfortable in our room from the heat and humidity outside.
We liked that the cabins are surrounded by trees and garden which offer a sense of privacy and retreat.
Reception was helpful and friendly the morning of our departure organizing a Taxi for us to the airport.
Wifi didn't reach our room even though the room is not far from the office, so had to walked to office to sort emails etc. Not sure if the trees hindered this or the weather. Would be good to get a booster to get the wifi around the park.
Room had a musky smell possibly from all the damp weather and the fact that we stayed out of season.
With the cafe being closed and location being out of the city, there were not many options for eating when traveling with above average size family.

The spacious surrounds. Cabins aren't on top of each other.

Nice clean and tidy. Very quiet and was a relaxing stay we will be back for sure.

Room was very cool on arrival
staff offered me a lift up to my cabin as I had big bags.
Could microwave food if I didn't want to go out.
Felt secure in my room as I was alone.
Pool area a bit over grown and outdated.

Not much
Blinds were broken, room was wheelchair accessible, so the bathroom was not very comfortable. Was very noisy due to other people in the common kitchen area.

Free upgrade to very comfortable "Holiday Unit". Very good pool area - great asset in Darwin. Cafe great with good coffee.
Nothing - we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very good the air conditioning the bathroom the common area
The blinds in our room were not completely covering the window and we couldn’t get it down and we should’ve told reception but keep forgetting. Another thing the blanket could be a bit bigger. But overall solid stay would stay again

Main reason for choosing here was lovely cafe we used last time for breakfast - current options not good unfortunately - also traffic noise was a problem
5.0
Close to the airport. Cheap enough.
Bed was very hard.
Very noisy as so close to the road.
8.0
Closeness to the speedway and hotel up the road
Shower in ensuite would be better if it was screened off and washing machines would be better if you could pay with coins in the slot

It was set in a rainforest, very cool. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and we were close to the food trucks, pool and entertaining area. There was a playground for the kids which ours enjoyed.
The property was about a 20 minute drive from town, we could still get around easily as we had a hire car though. We picked a family style room but the kids bed was in the living room, making it hard to stay up and have music or tv on once the kids went to bed.

Good position for access to all areas of Darwin.
Well priced for the high season and the standard of the facilities.
Pleasant staff.
No shower mat

The pool was a wonderful community hub to let the kids go wild and make friends with fellow travellers. Music and food trucks for dinner was a wonderful surprise.

Friendly staff at check in, good sense of humour 👍
Room was immaculately clean and tidy and the pool well maintained
The bar/ restaurant on site is closed, but there is a great pub, just a short walk up the road… good happy hour, and the meals were good
A bit out of the way if you don’t have transport
8.0
Realise it’s a “lodge” style accommodation but 2 cups, tea bags, sugar and coffee with no teaspoons isn’t helpful. A couple of breakfast bowls, plates etc wouldn’t go unappreciated as well.
One tea towel in the kitchen area for 40 odd people per day isn’t great

The central location. The coffee.

Perfect spot for us, beautiful little cabin and such a cute rainforest walk.

easy access to room once I got the key for the room.
There was a pair of male underwear left behind bathroom door from previous tennant. No sms sent to me with the after hours safe combination for the room.

the surrounds
We were in 302 and it was very noisy at night due to the road I think we the road closure but something that sound like a truck was going most of the time then it would stop and then start again. It did keep me awake.
