This is the second time we stayed with Traude and nothing is to much trouble if you need any help.

Everything was what we expected and just what we wanted.

perfect! will definitely visit again

spacious apartment just off the main strip. had everything we needed. left water for us on arrival. fabulous large balcony. very quiet area.

there was nothing to dislike. only problem in that area is zero parking for hire car

Awesome spot, you won’t regret staying here.

The welcome received and the facilities are second to none. This was the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. I had an amazing stay here.

Exceptional

I've stayed here three times now and it's great. Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. Lots of space, a great new kitchen and a fabulous terrace. Traude is a great host too!

We loved everything about this apartment but most especially the large terrace with panoramic views over the sea and although just a minutes walk from the strip it was always peaceful up there…it was a wonderfully calm and tranquil space and a real sun trap. As for the apartment, it was a home from home and had everything (and more) that you could need during your stay. Plenty of towels and toilet paper were supplied and Traude had also left us a big 5 litre bottle of water. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, so if you didn’t fancy going out, you could easily prepare your own meals. Spotlessly clean throughout. Gaining entry was easy, Traude met us there and left us to it but was on hand, should we have needed her. The location of the apartment was superb, only 3 or 4 steps to get into the apartment block and then the apartment was then on the ground floor. Supermarket a 5 minute walk away, restaurant’s galore on your doorstep and the beach only 5 minutes away as well. In short, if / when we return to Lanzarote, this is the place we will stay, it had absolutely everything going for it.

The terrace was amazing. The apartment had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Location was brilliant, close to strip but still very quiet. We would book to stay again if available

Great location and great view

Previously reviewed but in addition the kitchen has recently been refurbished and is really lovely and very well equipped..

The bathroom has a bit of a drainy smell which is the same as the last time we visited.

Exceptional

Home from home, two comfortable rooms, huge terrace area, very clean. Great location just a stones throw from the main street with a huge variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. All along the seafront and its beautiful views.

For those that love a pool, there is none within the complex. Not luxurious, its basic, so if you want a modern luxury you maybe disappointed.....we loved it however.

Great again

Great as usual. Perfect location for Puerto Del Carmen. Close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants and the beach. Nice terrace which isn't overlooked. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen so handy if you wanted to cook rather than eat out. Traude also let us stay in the apartment until we went to get our flight home which was a great help.

Looking forward to seeing the new kitchen later in the year.

Fabulous host, fabulous apartment, breathtaking views, close to amenities - Perfect holiday

Traude is an excellent host, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best start to our holiday. The apartment was exactly as described, in an excellent location, close to everything you would need but also unbelievably quiet considering it is so close to the strip. The view was breathtaking and we were blown away by the size of the terrace-absolutely prefect. The apartment itself is spotless, Traude has gone to great lengths to ensure the apartment feels like a home from home and has thought of everything that you may need. will definitely be booking our next visit asap.

The property was very clean and the host was readily available if needed. In an excellent location for the facilities along main route in PDC. great sun terrace full sun and sheltered. Good value for money.

The mattress was a little firm for our liking (minor issue).

Thoroughly enjoyable and a great location.

Fantastic location only 30 seconds from the main promenade with its bars restaurants and shops. A very large terrace with a great view of the sea but far enough back that any noise from the promenade wasn't heard. A very well-equipped kitchen although the units are a little tired but perfectly functional.

Although we didn't use it much, other than the Netflix channel the TV was a bit difficult to manage and we found it very hard to find any English language channels. We were maybe a bit unlucky but the noise from upstairs was at times a bit of a pain and it doesn't seem like there's much noise insulation between the apartments.

Lovely relaxing stay in October

Location perfect. Only 3 mins walk from the main strip. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Sea view and extra large terrace. The host was really friendly - she went out of her way to find out information for us. Will def return.

A little gem

The apartment is decorated very tastefully. Very spacious two bedrooms. Quiet area yet two minutes to beach, bars and restaurants. Supermarket a 3 minute walk away; hiperdino supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. Massive balcony with loungers x 3 with soft mattresses, table and chairs, parasol and rattan suite. Super sea view from balcony. Host extremely helpful. Loads of fresh towels in apartment. Comfortable chairs in lounge. Very comfortable beds. Tv with Netflix and numerous channels if you like tv on holidays. So sorry I didn’t know about this little gem on all my previous trips to puerto del Carmen.

Nothing I didn’t like about this apartment.

Perfect Place

Great location for everything in PDC. Metres away from beach, bars and restaurants yet very quiet day and night.The terrace was ideal if you wanted too just relax and chill. Everything you would expect and more from a great host. Thanks Traude hope too see you again soon.

The location of the apartment was ideal but it wasn't the comfortable relaxing stay we had hoped for

Great communication with the owner. Good location. Close to amenities. Area felt safe and people in neighbouring properties were friendly and helpful. Spacious apartment inside and out. Lovely terrace with great sea views. Well equipped with good kitchen equipment, plenty towels, toilet/kitchen paper etc

Although very central with bars and restaurants close by, there was very little noise from the surrounding area. However it was very noisy from the neighbouring properties day and night, especially the doctors surgery next door which sounded like it had cleaners in from 7.15am. We were a bit drained from lack of sleep. No safe. Probably an oversight on our part but most holiday accommodation comes with a safe. Double bed very uncomfortable and mattress slips off of it constantly. Lounge seating not the most comfortable. Lack of English spoken TV channels. Not even news channels in English. Water pressure in shower and taps fluctuated. We were constantly having to rid the kitchen of ants despite having no food lying around.
