It is situated at the 4th floor, with lift, of an ancient building. On the roof top , at the 6th floor, you can visit a breathtaking terrace, with a wonderful panorama where you can take the best pictures! The terrace is not directly attached to the apartment and its use is not exclusive.
MASTER BEDROOM .. ... spacious bright bedroom warm and quiet , with large ceiling, furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed ( that can also become a double if required) with beautiful linen and bedcover. The ancient wardrobe and the furniture give the room the elegance of the classic Florentine style. The double windows with vacuum insulating glazing help your sleep come soon! The apartment is beautiful and clean, and the location is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the upstairs terrace was not available to us during our stay. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Alessandra was prompt to communicate, and she even allowed us to store our luggage before check in. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location! Everything you want to see in Florence is within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is elegant and comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming and provided excellent shopping and restaurant advice.

Perfectly positioned, and beautifully presented this apartment is an absolute gem! Alessandra’s warm welcome on arrival extended to a considered and efficient introduction, ensuring we were immediately at home. While everything is on your doorstep, once inside and away to the 4th floor in the charming antique lift, it is an ideal sanctuary of calm. Our teens just loved being able to stroll around effortlessly, right in the middle of it all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Florence. It's a rare combination of traditional furnishings and up-to-date plumbing and electrical systems. Everything works! Alessandra provided directions, met us on arrival, explained everything about the apartment, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The location was within walking distance of all the major sites, as well as restaurants, cafes, shopping. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved this apartment! So cute, great kitchen for cooking, comfy beds (firm which I like) and the location was perfect. We could pretty much walk everywhere. Alessandra and her daughter were both super welcoming and helpful, and super responsive when we needed help with a small issue. There is a grocery 3 or so blocks away which was very handy, and we loved the jams and cakes she left for us too! I would very highly recommend this clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment - a great home away from home!

An absolute gem of a property from which to enjoy the splendor of Florence. Spacious, beautifully furnished with all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Centrally located just steps away from the Piazza del Duomo. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as markets to get groceries, helpfully described in materials at the apartment. The lift made transferring luggage easy. Alessandra was a delightful host who welcomed us on arrival and who takes pride in her home and the apartment. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit this beautiful city!

Everything about my stay in Florence was perfect. City itself is amazing and hard to believe that this much art was created there and is still available for us to see and enjoy. But the apartment was a big part of the overall experience. All the modern conveniences in the beautiful and very elegant setting. Owner very responsive to all of our needs from the very first e-mail to the end of our stay. And one can not dream of better location to enjoy the city. Everything was just perfect.

Love this property so much! Plenty of hot water and water pressure is good. Location is excellent. Host is available and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable. AC controllable and independent for each room was perfect. Elevator (very small, vintage, metal cage type) is absolutely needed as it’s 133 steps up if it’s not working (only happened one morning but was fixed super quickly…a couple hours!) View from the roof is fantastic and our host took us up there to take exceptional photos of the Duomo! Really have no cons! Washer worked great on the rapid cycle so we were able to do loads quickly.

This place is beautiful, well appointed and very central. We were worried when we saw the crowds in the area near the Duomo that it would be loud. But it was quite quiet. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. I would stay there again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

We were so happy with our stay. Alessandra welcomed us during the check in and provided recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious and more than enough room for the four of us (2 adults, 2 teens). You can't beat the location being steps from the Duomo and walking distance to everything in Florence. We would highly recommend and would stay there again if ever find ourselves back in Florence!

This apartment is so wonderful that it's hard to know just where to begin. It's clean and spacious and was absolutely perfect for our family of four.
The location can't be beat either! You'll be close to public transportation and within easy walking distance to everything you've dreamed of seeing and exploring in Florence.
The property owner and the property manager both went above and beyond to make sure our holiday went without any complications. They were both so incredibly kind - answered all of our questions and made terrific recommendations for tours, restaurants, and more.
I could go on and on but I'll stop here and just say that if you're looking for a place to stay in Florence, this apartment is absolute perfection!

This beautiful apartment was the perfect place to relax and unwind after days spent sight-seeing. It is a high ceilinged, solidly built space with beautiful marble bathrooms that had great showers and water pressure. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would like to know where she got those mattresses! The decor was lovely. Location couldn't be better - Duomo right around the corner! The little antique elevator to get up to the apartment was charming and worked great. It has the mini splits air conditioners in each room which made it possible to close the windows at night and set the temp for a comfortable night's sleep. Just a fab Italian apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful 19 days in Florence in Alessandra's beautiful, antique filled, exceptional apartment right in the center of this small walkable city. My husband and I were here for the full time; we were joined by two adult sons for a week. We took advantage of many of our hostess's restaurant recommendations as well as Florence's historic attractions. The apartment is located between the Duomo (whose bells we listened to daily) and the Piazza della Republicca, a major center of entertainment and fabulous cafes. Alessandra was a superior host who accommodated all our needs -- an early check-in, a request for an American coffee pot, and an offer of help when we encountered a problem with our bank. If you can reserve her apartment, you will be well served.

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment in Florence owned by Alessandra. The location was fantastic and easy to access all attractions, shopping and restaurants by foot. The Duomo was one block away. Alessandra went above and beyond to welcome us and provided us with assistance or answer any questions when needed. She is very responsive and friendly and we greatly appreciated all the details she provided for guests staying in her apartment. The apartment reflects her personal taste, beauty and character and are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with Alessandra. We would not hesitate to come back when we return to Florence.

This apartment was very centrally located. Steps from the Duomo and a short 10 minute walk to the train station. We walked to lovely diners only minutes away. It was beautiful and very clean. The host was amazing and met us upon arrival. She promptly answered all questions we had. We Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children (19,16 & 12) and the apartment was spacious and comfortable for us all!

Amazing Place
Alessandra is a Super Host! She met us on arrival, brought us in and went over everything as if we were old friends. She is one of the best host's for sure. The location, cleanliness, beautiful apartment, lift, & great working air conditioner was better than expected. This place and location is second to none. If available during your stay, you will not find anything better.

Suburb location and wonderful accommodations
There couldnt have been a better place to have been situated in Florence, and I can’t imagine a more comfortable place to come back to. Alessandra’s apartment could have been more comfortable and complete in every sense, it’s location allowed for the easiest itineraries (with an always easy “return-to-home-for-a-break” option because of its perfect location), and perhaps most importantly, Alessandra was the best host imaginable. She was kind, friendly, helpful, and very thoughtful! (She not only helped us with a reservation, etc , but she even left out some children’s guide books out for my daughters.)
We’ll absolutely try to return to Alessandra’s first chance we get!
