This is a self-catering property and worked very well for our family from the UK and Australia. A great location with a relatively short walk to facilities and beaches. Stunning views from the outdoor terrace.
The pool and the hot tub went down well, particularly with the younger members.
The range and quantity of crockery, glasses and cutlery could have been better.

Great location, 10 minutes walking from Citara beach. The property is located above the sea and there is a stunning view
in our apartment the Wi-Fi was working only in the garden. inside the house, there wasn’t wi-fi signal at all.

great location, good pool facilities. The hosts were always on hand to check
in if all ok and assist and see to needs. restaurants and shops were a short walk away, nice quiet spot away from the August crowds.
The address in booking.com
is incorrect it’s 271 not 171 which caused a delay in finding it. note that air conditioning costs extra.

Enrico was a fantastic host to us. Very welcoming, helpful and kind.

The sea view and the sunsets were lovely.
The location was not as advertised on your website, 40 metres from the beach. It was considerably further, down an incredibly steep path and steps. It may have be 40 metres horizontally.
The worst thing about the location was that it was about a quarter of a mile down an incredibly steep, potholed and rutted path. This was bad enough to climb during the day but it was frightening to descend at night as it was completely unlit. I was terrified of falling and spraining my ankle in the dark. I did not have transport and I consider it is totally unsuitable for any guests who do not have transport. I am not exaggerating; two taxi drivers refused to run me back to the apartment and insisted I left their vehicle on the main road as they refused to drive down the cart track.
The apartment was about 3 or 4 kilometres from Forio and was really rather badly served by shops and facilities.
Another difficulty was that neither Enrico or Maria spoke English and I don't speak Italian. Because I had received an email in perfect English through your website, supposedly from Enrico, I naturally thought he was bi-lingual. This added to the difficulties in my holiday.
The apartment was ok but my holiday was a great disappointment. All I wanted was a quiet beach holiday with a few nice meals out in the evening. I got none.

The terrace is very large and comfortable. I loved the view from the terrace to the sea. Owners of the apartments are very caring and friendly. They are always ready to help. They ask every evening the guests about the quality of the holiday.

A spacious apartment, very clean. 5 minutes walk to the beach (free). A Perfect view to the sea and sunsets. A small whirlpool with thermal water, the kids enjoyed it. The sea is super: very clean, crystal like, sand beach. This is a calm relaxing place, no noisy streets, wonderful greenery. And of course, the hosts - Enrico and Maria, thank you! Enrico gave us a small tour around the place, showed everything you need to know (the way to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants), drove us to the supermarket. He also was very kind to drive me to the hospital when I got some some needles of a sea urchin (not really serious; there are some stones in the sea, but the shore is really safe, don’t bother).
Hard mattresses and pillows (but look in the wardrobe - there might be softer pillows inside )). Also mind that there are some steps on the way to the beach (not suitable for trolleys).
