Everything apart from the £17 car parking charge
Didn’t like the £17 car parking fee
3.5
Clean and tidy double bed room.
Spotless bathroom
Staff tried overcharging for parking when the price is clearly stated outside on signage.
Shower screen didn't prevent the floor from getting wet.

Clean with all accessories needed. Breakfast was good. Great value for money.
The only thing was the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Lifts, gym, breakfast was good,
Carpets was stained in our room, smelt of dog in our room, hallways were always dirty with bits and didn’t seemed to be hoovered on our stay. House keepers would only change towels and milk they never done the beds or hoovered the carpet in our room. There was Hair on the bed and in the towels when arrived.

Beds - so comfortable! Best sleep I’ve had for ages!
Breakfast area. Far too crowded. No clear que for food. To many people waiting for waffle machine and toast. Could be facilitated better! No staff member taking the lead. Not enough stock of beers on tap. Partner asked for 3 beers and all out of stock.
3.5
Modern easy to find room
Nothing that I didn’t like
Price for parking way too high.

Clean and breakfast included.
Room was on ground floor, with window floor to ceiling overlooking the side street, so no privacy when curtains open

Hotel was good , but not as good as other Hampton hotels that I've stayed in .
Room only has 4 coat hangers and no were to put clothing . First morning of breakfast was appalling, ran out of everything for breakfast .can understand it was busy but surely you know how many guests you have staying . Asking staff when things would be replenished totally got ignored . There was very little staff on duty . The 2nd day was ran better .

The only thing good about this hotel was the location.
Overall poor poor experience, I’ve never come across anything like it….from trying to get through to them over the phone to waiting in a chaotic breakfast queues for over an hour to get some breakfast, broken shower head(so throughout our stay we was given a key for another room down the corridor to use the shower which was difficult to keep going back and forth with a 2 year old and 3 year old), overcrowded room, jammed bathroom door, stained carpets and to top it all off our room had been cleared and our belongings were all wiped out by house keeping while we was out…when I got back and spoke to the staff there was no apologies, he just asked can you remember what you left in the room? And no I didn’t note down all my belongings but my son was crying because his teddy had gone and our drinks and kids snacks from the fridge (yogurt, fruit etc) that I had brought for them had been binned. This was the final straw, we had booked for 2 nights but ended up checking out after the first night, extremely disappointed because it ruined our entire trip. Staff advised they would send me an email which I’m still waiting for and refund me one night stay, again which I’ve still not had any sign of!!!????

Breakfast was great such a big selection
As there are no windows to open in hotel room air conditioning system could have been better
5.0
We had a sea view room which was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Not so much "didn't like" but we had wished we came down for breakfast a little earlier when it would have likely been quieter. Other than that, we have no complaints
4.5
Hotel was great. Staff were fantastic, plenty of parking. Managed to get an early checking at one of the rooms. Breakfast was really good.
The door to bathroom was really stiff (though we didn’t report it as only there 1 night.
Beds not that comfortable the mattress appeared to be on a wooden/ very firm base.
Location - not the hotels fault but Blackpool is not great and lots of boarded up buildings nearby.

The location was good but could be better. It is a bit out of the way.
It was a quiet hotel apart from the last night we were there. There was a banging noise all nihht
Noise on the last night we were there and one of the days room wasn't cleaned

Spacious and light. Quiet. Early breakfast. Gym. Uber pick up spot.
5.0
Cleanliness of the room, ease at checking in, value for money, was just at the outskirts of the hassle and bustle of the main area
The parking, breakfast was a bit pandemonium but not through any fault of the staff just with how busy the hotel was, also an idea to put an ashtray outside the hotel as people do still smoke but no where to extinguish cigarettes
0.5
Quiet location.
Check-in took 2 hours due to IT failure and rooms not having been cleaned, we weren't even offered a drink! The bathroom door didn't stay closed, so we eventually got moved to an accessible room, worst designed space, nowhere to put towels or toiletries in the bathroom and full floor wet after showering. Breakfast wasn't well organised, food not replaced quickly enough at peak times so queues developed quality of food and cleanliness lacking. A very poor experience.

Location and staff were great. Bar was nice also
Our room was terrible, it smelt like sewage and the shower waste was blocked. When we left for the day we got back late to find our room had been left on 28 degrees . We couldn't sleep because of the heat
3.0
Room was lovely, clean well furnished with a comfortable bed.
One of the staff at breakfast was extremely rude to me on Saturday morning.
We stayed on Thursday evening & there was a waffle machine on the island at breakfast so that we could make our own waffles
This wasn't out on Saturday so I asked one of the staff if the waffle machine had been moved & she replied that they don't have a waffle machine (she was also on duty on Friday morning, so she was well aware that there was a waffle machine by the way!).
I corrected her that I knew there was a machine & that we used it on Friday morning. She was shocked by my reply as she presumed that this was my first breakfast at the hotel. I asked if the machine could be brought out & she very abruptly said "no", so I asked if a waffle could be made in the kitchen for me. Her reply again was a rude "no".
Lying and such a bad attitude is not what I expect from a brand such as Hilton. I was so appalled by her attitude that I spoke to the manager on the way back to my room. He apologised and offered me a snack or drink from the bar which I declined. He asked for a description of the young lady, which I gave, and he instantly recognised, and he said that he would handle the matter. I didn't want to cause trouble for the staff member, but she needs to improve her attitude or get a job that's not customer facing if she can't improve with further training, or whatever she needs to help her do a better job.
The breakfast dining experience wasn't at the level expected for a Hilton hotel on either Saturday or Sunday morning. The fact that it was busy weekend shouldn't impact on level of service. The cutlery ran out on more than one occasion, brown sauce ran out, at one point there were no plates available. All in all I'd describe it as a shambles really.
