The hotel is at beach line, you can jump from de swimming pool to the beach in few steps, the beach house is there to have soft drinks and snacks, and the best is their staff, Wally, Shakira, Dana, Yoceline, Yuli, MARCO!! Dwayne, Cari, Tatiana, Emita, Katerine, Julio, EL AUDITOR Willman and so many nice people

Disappointing

The staff

For one, the check-in time took over an hr. 2. The key for the room came with a block of wood very uncomfortable to open & close & to carry it. 3. Poorly clean. 4 one of the light switches was you touch it shocked us both. 5. The shower door didn't close properly. We had to use a shirt to put it in between to get it to close. 6. We tried to adjust the shower head & it also shocked us . ( with electricity). 7. The room door handle was broken. 8. The room only had cold water. When we asked the front desk to fix it. They responded that our policy only stays that we have water. It doesn't say we have to have warm water . Never staying again.

they rented the facilities for a party, the party was next to the rooms impossible to sleep, i talked to the manager which said sorry they payed to make a party and i told her i was there to rest she didn’t car and said if i didn’t want to stay to cancel through booking but i would get charge either way and have penalty of 50%. worst service ever .. photos are a lie… plese read reviews before booking.. dont book for your own sake

Pleasant

The location is perfect and very quiet. You have direct access to the beach

The entire hotel is in super bad condition. The TV didn't work, there was a lot of broken stuff in the room. The bathroom was molding. They were playing loud music the entire day which is super annoying. During my stay there where a lot of work in renovation which was super loud as well. After complaining I just received a discount of 3 dollars 😑 the reception was super unfriendly didn't care at all about my complaining

Overpriced and unfriendly

The hotel is very well located. That's really all I can say that was positive about this hotel.

The staff behave like they're doing you a favor all the time. No service skills whatsoever. No "hello", "you're welcome", no smiles. We really felt like I was uninvited the whole time. The rooms and the facilities in general are in serious need of maintenance. Towels are ragged, minibar was all rusty, shower head almost fell on my head when I adjusted its position. Absolutely not up to expectations. You can definitely get something better for the same price. Although algae washing ashore is a natural event once a year (according to locals, at least), the hotel administration makes absolutely no effort to keep the beach in front of the hotel clean. Of course, the built up algae starts to smell and looks pretty bad.

Best location one step to the beach but needs to improve food

The location and having the beach just one step from the room. The room was confortable, AC working perfectly, TV perfect, Internet ok, people very nice. It is next to the restaurant Francescas, which is one of the best in the island, so it is easy to go and grab nice sea food during the day.

Some broken things in the bathroom are just left like that without fixing. The food needs to be improved starting by the breakfast, which was very nice related to fruits but the other things were not that appealing.

Breakfast was bad (too few options, food was cold and fruit warm and not fresh, etc) Very wear off, poor maintenance. Linen, towels and pillows very old really poor service (most of the staff aren’t friendly or even helpful) very costly for what it is

Sea beautiful. Hotel mediocre

Breakfast was OK. Getting food from the hotel was not a good option, took ages, cost a lot and was not that good. The management of the hotel is not strong. Price too high for what you get in terms of facilities and customer service. Would not recommend

Poor management, beach was dirty and wasn't cleaned. Kitchen understaffed while plenty of waiters standing around.

The trip was nice and the beach was incredible.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were great! The only thing is that the hotel is 15 minutes from the commercial strip. It is in a poor area, but it is very safe. The breakfast was delicious. You can ask from additional food besides the buffet. The hotel is right on the beach, and the beach is beautiful. The good thing is that most people are in hotels on the commercial side of the island; therefore, the beach was not over crowded.

The staff was very good. They were extremely nice and helpful. Especially when needing taxis, etc. They'd go asking around to see if Any neighbors were available so you wouldn't have to wait.

Facility is very outdated for what they charge. Poor water pressure, at times no water, poor rooms, lots of issues on or around the hotel. I was changed rooms twice due to electricity issues. Then last room cable was down for a whole night, not even local channels. Restaurant is okay, but better food nearby. Just a bad value overall. If it was priced cheaper I'd rate it higher. I think 5 is very generous to be honest.

The hotel location is amazing if what you are looking for is relaxation and having a good time at the beach. It is a beautiful place and the beach is amazing within a few steps from the room.
