Cool get away

Didn’t have time to use all the amenities, but they looked great!

Good value for our stay and close to the Pelee Provincial Park!

It looks like its an ideal family type vacation spot, as there is a pool and many activities. The billard table, basketball net, badminton and games.

Walking up the stairs with our luggage. Need to redo the rugs on the stairs and clean the windows at the top. Otherwise considering the age of the facility the main lobby and bar/restaurant is nice and food was good. We had breakfast each morning, eggs plus toast was good. Although disappointed that the espresso, cappuccino machine was not working.

Baseball tournament all children had a fantastic time staying at the hotel, many things to keep them occupied.

Try finding a better place before you book here

Badminton and table tennis were good. Table tennis rockets were the cheepest one in the market though ...

The biggest problem of this hotel is staff! Apart from the housekeeping , you cant find anybody who gives you a smiling face! They should replace the receptionists with the housekeeping staff! Breakfast was another level .. Please provide clean and sanitized tableware to your guests! Clean the tables revularly and properly ..there is still alot to say but anyways ..

Good location, but likely won’t stay again

The proximity to Point Pelee was great, and the surroundings are peaceful. The room had a fridge (with a freezer - yay!), and a microwave, which was very helpful.

The majority of the rooms face inward to this indoor atrium, which was claustrophobic. I would have liked to have been able to see outside and not worry about people walking past my window, or hearing the arcade games. The room was quite dark (no natural light), and the shower curtain was stained along the bottom. The hair dryer was also coated in a sticky residue and lint: clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained.

Great facility for the family with great amenities. Perfect location to get to all attractions

The fire alarm went off at 2am, and there was no announcement or explanation. Guests were in the lobby, hoping for answers, but none was given. At checkout, it would've been nice to get an apology for the inconvenience. The water slides were still out of service, but the pool was open. No lifeguards, so swim at your own risk

Perfect location for purpose of the trip… bird watching.

location to Pt Pelee National Park is exceptional.

The bed mattress needed to be replaced. one half had a huge hollow. otherwise the room was good and it was very clean.

Great amenities, but definitely not worth the price!

The staff were very friendly They had great amenities The food at the restaurant for breakfast was excellent

We had to cart a stroller up and down 3 sets of stairs in order to get to our room. The water was lukewarm for showers. It's extremely noisy if you're in the atrium area. The waterslide have been closed for months, and they were the reason we booked at that hotel. We were made aware that this was the case, but we were then told we would have to pay $10 just for a cot for our daughter. $10 was not a big amount, but you would think that good customer service would wave that fee, considering all their facilities were not available. We were under the impression that our credit card was going to be charged a certain amount. When we got to the hotel, we were charged nearly an extra $100 in fees and taxes. It was a bit deceptive as it appeared on the advertisement that the total cost was what we were originally quoted. It's definitely overpriced for facilities not being fully available.

Love our mini vacation away from home for kids to run and play.

Open concept for kids to play. Water and coffee continually provided in lobby. Cheap breakfast. Movie in side lobby for kids in the evening..

The water slide wasn't working. Surprised BW doesn't have recycling bins in the rooms and around the atrium. The fees for the video games. There are only a few, but $2 for air hockey. Was also shocked, not a BW issue...how messy some kids were. Leaving garbage laying around...

Not good

Needed a place to stay for the night

The meal we had was OK but the waiter got all the orders wrong. Gave my son hot sauce wings that he didn't order. Gave me a drink with rye in it and I was pissed I'm going to have to start over at AA meeting. You guys need new waiters. Plus my grandbabies wanted to use the waterslide and we couldn't use them. You should update your website saying water slides not in use.

Fantastic staff!

The staff was fantastic!! Everyone so friendly and caring and extremely helpful. They were all so nice with my toddler and that made him enjoy the stay even more! The food was good and having the atrium with the jungle gym and all the other entertaining things was the best thing for my kid!

kids had a blast. but dress warm

the property was really good for the kids. they had a blast. room was clean need some fixing up, pool was warm also needed some fixing.

it was so cold. didn’t seem to have heat on in the halls and atrium where we spent most of our time . very cold going from room to pool. bathroom is the pool area not working. when checking in the front desk was not friendly. seemed like we were disturbing them.

Overall I liked the hotel specially because in the winter there are a lot of indoor amenities.

The amenities were amazing for the kids.

The slides in the swimming pool aren't working. No elevator for the building that we were and the stair had a lot of dust. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable.

Superb

Liked the fun zone.

Wasn't instructed on what time breakfast ended and therefore almost didn't get breakfast which we payed for when booking. Also the fun zone is looking cold.

Nice staff, room is what it is bed was comfy. Breakfast was 100 percent on point.

Just feel if the place is geared towards families with children then the play area and equipment should be the number 1 area of focus. Video game area 3 games out of order ( 2 of which were out of order in 2021) and 1 game had no prizes left to win. Other 3 worked fine.
