Great location, great room, great staff.

Perfectly located hotel. Incredibly nice staff. The suite upgrade was nice, very well appointed, and having the kitchenette enabled me to prepare my own breakfasts and a few other meals. The view was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were lovely (under an ample skylight), the gym well equipped. It was also great to be in a locally owned hotel.

The only suggestion I would make is to have a bench and several hooks in the women’s bathroom by the pool: it was a bit challenging to get changed and dry after swimming.

I would stay again!

Location was good and it was quiet at night. Room was big and beds were comfortable. We were on a high floor so did not have much road noise. Lots of parking.

Dated. Could hear water and toilets from adjacent rooms.

40th wedding anniversary celebration. Ho eymooned in Victoria. Came back to celebrate 40th. Cheers!

Comfortable beds. Excellent big smart tv. Friendly staff. Good restaurant and bar. Pool.

Good spot for shopping and sightseeing and room is comfortable and clean.

Nice place with pool and the restaurant is one of the best. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

Location was great but this is not a 4 star hotel. Elegant lobby but cheap rooms. Way over priced.

Rooms: motel 6 quality. Large but empty, basic, gray, cheap furniture and finishes. Floors 1-3 are their “basic” rooms. My sister was on the 5th floor with a suite, but same basic furniture and cheap finishes. We paid exactly the same price for the rooms, but she was in a suite. Bathroom: tiny, can’t open or close the door from inside without being on the toilet or scrunched to one side. Low shower pressure and water pools in tub. We got a room facing the exhaust vents on the second floor. I complained and they moved us to the 3rd floor… above the same exhaust vents. Wouldn’t move us higher because we had reserved a traditional room… had same reservation and price for my sister, she was in a 5th floor suite. Absurd.

close to the harbour, restaurants. shops. breakfast at Vista 18 was delicious, both from Room Service and at actual restaurant. temporary / short term parking for guests was available without cost. had a nice view from our windows.

Front desk person couldn’t find my booking until I showed them a printed copy of my reservation with Booking.com. Happy hour prices of drinks and food could be set lower. could have had free bottled cold water upon arrival.

Great location, great staff, nice room.

Very large room with kitchen, living room,bathroom, and separate bedroom. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The doorman was particularly helpful and attentive. I was suffering with a dizzy spell when I came back to the hotel from dinner. He insured that I was safely seated in the lobby and when I felt better, made sure I got onto the elevator safely.

Only one dislike, the shower came on at full strength, only the temperature could be adjusted not the volume of water. It is the design of the faucet. I have run into that type before in other hotels.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!! We were able to leave our luggage while we visited Victoria. They also treated our little Lola (dog) to a treat and made her feel welcome. thank you!

staff were kind, accommodating and pleasant

friendly staff, we’re helpful when I forgot something in the room and had to come back for it they had it ready to go

the view was of the venting, beds were felt crammed into the room and could hear the sound of Laundry running. when I spoke to the desk they first offices me drink vouchers but I was with my teen daughter, then a food voucher for their restaurant but it wouldn’t suit what my daughter eats. upon arrival from a town visit they had upgraded to a higher room . it was more about the venting and the the laundry. I feel they should have in the description that’s it’s a limited view property or something similar . I wasn’t expecting the best view but the view of the venting and roof below made me uncomfortable . along with the sound of the washer and dryer.

Very nice property and friendly staff and would recommend to others.

The 1 bedroom suite was very nice and comfortable. Pillows were great and loved the shower and balcony. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and Clive's lounge.

The older building is not as soundproof so early am (7 30 is) woke up to loud construction down the street. Would be nice to have complimentary parking in included with stay. Also elevators can be slow. Could use some softer pillow top beds.

Best views of Victoria and awesome restaurant

Loved our stay in a two bedroom suite with huge terrace and the best views of Victoria from the 16 floor. We travelled with 3 kids including twin infants and the hotel staff were very accommodating providing two cribs in the room. We really enjoyed the in room service from vista 18. All staff members were friendly and helpful.

Thank you for a great stay, we will return!

Superb

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Room was bigger then I expected which was a nice surprise.

Only complaint was the bed and sheets were uncomfortable.
