Overpriced at $270 parking difficult.

Arrived at @ 9.20 to find it was over and we were refused service.

Staff could have been more accommodating.

Je ne pense pas que je retournerai dans un Confort Inn.

La proximité de l'autoroute.

Cheveux dans le bain à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire (oeufs et pommes de terre étaient froids). Présence de chiens dans les chambres et au petit déjeuner. Probablement excréments de chien sur le tapis du corridor non loin de notre chambre. Je m'attendais, puisque la ville d'Edmundston est à 85% francophone, d'avoir un service en français à la réception.

Terrible place for the money, smelly,filthy and disgusting, terrible stay. Never again would not recommend.

The place is disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was clean. The room smelled terrible. Breakfast was ridiculous paper plates and wood cutlery for paying $293. Carpet was dirty and smelly. Hallway was filthy dirty handprints. Walls dirty.

Other than the location, I was not impressed with the overall experience.

The location and cleanliness of room.

I was quite surprised and disappointed that the front desk agent dit not speak French. Also, I had specifically requested a room on the first floor and was advised that it would be accommodated. However, when I checked in I was given a room on the second floor and the front desk agent did not care.

Room upon first walk in was great.

Toilet did not work reliably, the device that lets water into the tank was sticky and I had to remove the tank top to access the mechanism to allow water into the tank to flush the toilet. air conditioner made a lot of noise with only minor cooling. When you look at the top of the ac unit, below the vents it was absolutely disgusting and also there was a bug in the bathroom. Could it be get any worse. I am not the type of person who normally complains but this was over the top. The building is showing signs that it needs more maintenance.

Nice place, good rates with military discount.....but the walls are very, very thin.

The breakfast was good.

Very thin walls, We could hear the guy burping in the next room. Need more english channels on the TV.

Will not stay here again

Location was near the highway

Not cleaned well and musty smelling The price was way too much for the room and amenities or lack of Breakfast was cold and we went first thing in the morning

Very good

The room was clean, comfortable, staff were friendly.

The included breakfast was ice cold, the sausage, eggs, etc were cooked but the station did not work, the coffee was just awful. I had a pre-packaged muffin for breakfast and to start my days travel to Nova Scotia. I was not impressed with the effort or availability of food in the morning! It's good It was "included" because I would never have paid for that!

It’s a good place to stay. Aged some but nice people. Continental breakfast.

Not impressed with the front desk person

We didn't eat at the hotel

The front desk saw us come in but didn't tell us that they had change are room so when we unlock the door the room was not cleaned and towels on the bathroom floor si we had to go to the front desk and he said that he had change are room

Good quality for the money

The location is right by the highway so this is an excellent waypoint when travelling to other destinations. Clean and the staff was curteous and friendly

pillows were extremely uncomfortable and not very good.
