It was a comfortable stay! We loved everything but the view!

The Four Points Sheraton was a much better stay than the sister hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In Edmunston the staff were friendly and made sure that we could order something to eat from the restaurant. We arrived late and we had been driving all day. It was so nice to settle into comfortable beds. We had a shock when we woke up and looked out the window. It was a room with a view......of a factory. Not what I had imagined when they said a room with a 'view' We left early in the morning after a quick breakfast in the restaurant! The staff were lovely, warm and attentive.

The view! I would suggest planting trees, investing in a garden or some landscaping to improve the 'view' It was both shocking and disappointing to wake up to a view of factory pipes and smoke or steam spewing out of them!

The additional change for security deposit is annoying and reimbursed only 5 -7 days later. Frank’s restaurant very mediocre.

Short stay, just a stop on the way

We left early to get to our destination so we grabbed breakfast on the way.

Everything was fine.

it was very comfortable and clean. staff were excellent

The parking was across the street. would like to have valet parking.

good for a short stay

staff was very kind and honoured the breakfast included for my reservation even though it seems it did not appear on my booking, i was asked to show my reservation details and they accommodated. breakfast was superb, we also had dinner at the restaurant and it was very nice we did take away because we were tired and wanted to eat in our room.

AC/heater was super loud, it woke me up all night. Coffee maker was dusty.

we were just passing through. The hotel staff was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the room is clean.

There was nothing exciting about the place. It isn’t close to the highway.

The room was dark and dingy. The couch in the room was awful… all stained and in a poor state. The air conditioning did not work well.
