Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, colazione alla carta molto buona, pulizia.
Doccia con pressione dell'acqua molto bassa, insonorizzazione buona della porta ma pessima delle finestre.

I could not get the coffee machine to work and was too tired to chase that up -a few biscuits in the coffee tray would be welcome

Roof top bar was great for happy hours.
Breakfast war not that good. Too many potatoes.

I really like the hotel close to parks grocery store restaurants and downtown. Roof top bar is awesome! Staff was great and 2pm check out is the best!
My issue was with the curtains in my not closing to shut out the night/ morning light! Second being a window not sealing properly to shut out the construction noise!

Poloha, personál.
Na snídani jsme vždy čekali cca 20 minut, spinava zeď v koupelně a opadavajici omítka. Po vracení depozitu (200 cad) mi byla z účtu stržena jedna noc (205 cad) kterou jsme v hotelu nestravili a neměli ani vůbec objednanou, vracení peněz trvalo více než týden a muselo se to řešit přes booking.

The staff is very, very friendly - especially Mr Wagner who took care of our car.
At first, we were told that the fitness room is under maintenance however after two days it was fully equipped and was really nice as well.
The rooftop restaurant serves very good cocktails however it is a bit expensive.
Breakfast was served a la carte but only 5 options were available and my husband was still a little hungry afterwards.
Location is great - you need to visit Breka Bakery oben 24/7 serving very nice cakes, donuts, cookies etc.
The room was a bit small but comfortable. However, our bath was equipped with a rain shower with very low pressure - washing my long hair wasn't fun and took ages.

Bed was comfortable, robe was a nice touch, and the design of the hotel has been updated.
Bathroom had a smoke smell to it and the shower water pressure wasn’t the best.

i liked the free water and the vallet. I also liked the bed and the TV because the TV had google chromecast, which was useful for me and my partner.
I wisht the bathtub was able to close the drain so that baths were possible. I didn't like that the room service hours were limited, as well as how the phones had buttons that said 'room service' etc. and the buttons did not actually connect you to that service.

The staff were so accommodating and sweet as heck! The views! The location is amazing. We had kiddos and so walking too far wasn’t an option, didn’t need to be! They even drove us to our event! (With the sweetest little mini tour too.)
The bathroom needed a deep clean- I felt bad so I did it… not 100%, but enough that I was okay to use the amazing jet tub.

La atención de todo el personal estuvo increíble, en especial la de Daniel, fue muy amable en todo momento al indicarnos donde quedaban y como llegar a las atracciones turísticas, recomiendo 100% este lugar, está muy céntrico, limpio y el precio es accesible.

The location.
The rude staff. The cold room with air conditioning on during winter. The horrible plumbing in the room. The lack of supplies in the room.

The style of the room as good
The Air condition is super noisy when you want to heat the room. Room is cold as Alaska
I couldn’t rest well because of it.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. They had a nice rooftop, but was only open on one day for the duration of the trip, and the surrounding views weren’t really that great up top. Jean (front desk staff) was really accommodating and helpful all throughout. As well, Dean (concierge) had been really nice. If it weren’t for these two, the stay would have been a total crap. What I liked the most though was the location— the hotel was walking distance to a lot of tourist spots.
A lot of constructions going on. On the first day, fire alarm went off and the elevators were just malfunctioning from then on. Housekeeping was not good either. They didn’t provide enough towels, glasses, and cleaning was not good.

The beds are comfortable, there is hot water. The bathroom is clean. The location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
When we first entered the hotel, we had to take out our luggage ourselves. Nobody helped.
Wireless internet is very bad. Almost none. Especially in the evenings.
Window soundproofing is lousy, the sound of sneezing outside comes up to the 6th floor. You can sleep with earplugs.
Extras and hotel stay prices are very expensive compared to the service quality. We moved to a better quality place for half the price.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This was my first time visiting Vancouver and they gave me many recommendations and encouraged me to use the free services (shuttle anywhere downtown and bikes) to see the city. They were also incredibly accommodating, helping schedule a shuttle for me last minute and allowing me to have a late checkout. A special thank you to Daniel, Sergio, and Wagner! The room was also very clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay!
Honestly, nothing!
