Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage.

Nothing!

Spacious room, with a fridge and a kettle, which was useful for Brits who drink tea & not coffee. They also provided a carafe in the room for sparkling & still water dispensers on each floor which was very useful, along with ice machines.
The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out all the way to the room services.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was cleaned daily without being requested, as in a lot of hotels these days.
Location was brilliant for the Ocean Terminal and downtown, both an easy walk away for sightseeing, Stanley Park and English Beach are also within walking distance with annual Firework display at English Beach in the evening, crowded.
The hotel room cost was high but comparable to other similar hotels with sales tax in Vancouver at 20%+
Meals in and out of the hotels are also expensive and the hotel restaurant menu was a little pretentious and limited.

The location was a huge bonus and the free e-bikes were amazing for riding around Stanley Park! The great coffee on the art floor and the sparkling water made me very happy.
Newer carpet would help keep my allergies down.

Please add to the rooms slippers.

location is fantastic, room service is good, food is very good, towels are fresh. nothing else comes to mind
What you see in pictures does not reflect in reality. reception is boring, hotel is so old, it’s worn off, toilets are so old, tiny space to shower, carpets are filthy dirty, closets are old and dusty, the room in general takes you back to the 80s. mind you this is one of the recommended boutique hotels in Vancouver, I still can’t figure out how this is a first world country and their hotels are falling apart like that. The Middle East is setting the standards it seems.

I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms here…carafes for filtered water, high quality teas, and a microwave upon request. The rooms stayed very quiet despite being in a busy part of downtown. And the staff are so incredibly friendly!
The style of the rooms are a little dated, but overall I liked the good energy of the place and how the artwork features First Nations artists.

great location . everything worked great. spotlessly clean rooms. courteous and helpful staff
was not crazy about the restaurant forage. had breakfast there 2 days but found a far better option down the street

Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice to have valet parking. We liked the happy hour wine. The cookies from the valet were a very nice touch. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant was good and the service was good as well. We really appreciated the coffee and tea pots as well as the real milk/cream in the refrigerator - so nice.
The bathroom area was a tinge small - but we managed just fine. :)

im satisfied with my time in the listel. I wouldn't change a thing.

I've been coming here for years. Proximity to downtown and Stanley Park are excellent. Morning coffee in Gallery rooms and evening wine reception are nice touches, as is the original art work in every room. Wifi was excellent. Rooms were soundproof. Reception is always helpful.
Heating system is a bit outdated as it's hard to regulate perfectly and is often slightly too warm or too cold but is manageable.
