Ok for one night after landing in Calgary

The bed was comfortable and specious. Room was clean. The free shuttle to the airport was also essential

Nice place and nice staff…just wish the coffee machine came with instructions

Great beds, light darkening curtains, nice tub and nice staff. Shuttle to and from the airport.

Please, please, please put directions for the Keurig machine! It’s not hard to laminate directions for people who have to leave at 4:45 am and want a cup of coffee! But everyone knows how to use it and we ended up with weak brown water.

Депозит 50 или 300€! Брать депозит в отеле - возмутительно! Это же не airbnb, не прокат автомобилей. Кроме того, о депозите не предупреждают при бронировании. Люди останавливаются в отеле перед отлетом, им важно рассчитывать свой бюджет заранее! Отсутствие тапочек, жесткие халаты. Невнятная инструкция к кофемашине - смогли воспользоваться ей только после звонка на ресепшен.

Good and modern hotel, clean, friendly staff, close to the airport with free shuttle service

Good, modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Close to the airport with own free shuttle service. I dropped in accidentally with no reservation but was very much welcomed by the front desk Ms Alona, who offered me a free drink and advised me about the situation. The hotel reportedly had no rooms available but fortunately I could book a room through Booking.com. All staf were very friendly. The hotel has no own restaurant for breakfast etc but adjacent and through an internal door you can reach the nice Italian restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay...........as always.

We have stayed at Acclaim Hotel on several occasions. It is our hotel of choice when we are travelling. We often use the park and stay package, as find it easy to park there and take shuttle to airport.

I have nothing to complain about our stay.

Good hotel for folks flying in/out of Calgary International Airport

Close to airport for convenient access. Free shuttle that must be booked run every half hour. Parking long term available.

Somewhat disappointed

Loved the restaurant within the hotel. Bed was comfortable and I did not find it as dry as many other hotels I've stayed in.

The elevator did not work, and we were on the 4th floor. The front desk staff member, on the morning of the 19th, needs to be removed and placed in a position that does not entail contact with your clients. The frt desk staff whom we interacted with the night of our arrival are terrific . Also, our hostess in the restaurant - keep her!! The elevator worked going up but not down. We had a lot of heavy luggage to haul. Staff assistance to assist older people with luggage should have been made available. The TV channels are French and American only. No TV guide to speak of. No fridge in the room for leftovers or to keep the water cold. Also, we were charged 50.00 extra and upon inquiring , the frt desk clerk rolled his eyes and said id been told a 50.00 deposit was placed on the card. I hadn't been told, and the morning clerk is rude.

Closeness to the airport The shower was AMAZING! My husband used it twice during our short stay. They were super accommodating for our odd arrival times (our son arrived before us & they still allowed him into the room (our flight had been delayed)
